Mariana Locksley, a sixteen year old mermaid, the direct descendant of the god of the ocean, Neptune, must fight the tyrant that sits on her throne while protecting her human mate. She is also faced with the task of merging the land and the see by uniting the people of the surface and the people of the ocean. Mariana has to mate before it's too late and the tyrant takes over both worlds.

A Mermaid's Tale

Mariana and I land in the water and are met with William and what looks like two hundred men, emerging from the depths of the ocean. He has an evil glint in his eyes paired with a malicious smile. He is clearly finding pleasure in this. I look past him and find that he has Mariana's parents and siblings along with their mates...and Mary is by his side, chained. 


He is using them as leverage against us, making it harder for us to attack him without getting them hurt in the process. Any sudden moves and he could hurt them. I look them over, seeing that none of them are hurt. They all seem alright, the young ones are frightend, their eyes wide and afraid. It hurts me to see my children like this. That bastard is going to pay for this.
