Chapter 3

Department of History, Teacher's Office, at precisely 7 PM.

The Teacher was still at school, going over notes and papers for the forthcoming mid-semester exam for her history students.

The Windsell family, which previously included a prominent noble line commanded by an Earl, was where The Teacher was born.

What the Windsell County did is unknown, but they experienced a string of misfortunes until the Windsell family weakened and moved into the seat of government.

Earl's position has become nothing more than a hollow title in the absence of land, riches, and power, despite the fact that The Teacher's father, the present leader of the Windsell family, has retained it through the hereditary system.

At the age of 31, Mr. Windsell, a diligent worker, was able to land a position as a data instructor at the Microsoft X University. He persisted in putting in a lot of effort in the hope that his family would once more prosper.

"Ah! It's getting late already!"

Suddenly releasing the time, Mr. Windsell made the decision to wrap up his day's job and leave for home.

Even though Jayden didn't have high expectations for his ability to practice the [Hegemony of Data Chaos], he didn't want to quit up before even giving it a shot.

If one doesn't even move ahead, they cannot possibly aspire to accomplish anything.

Before one could fully conquer the [Hegemony of Data Chaos], there were five levels.

Each step, which must be completed in a particular order, calls for mastery of the following five elements: space and time, life and death, destruction and creation, and, once all of the elements from the earlier stages have been fused, data chaos.

Jayden's senses were expanded, and he began to recognize various kinds of energies around him.

Jayden, however, just needs the energy of the five fundamental components of the universe: wood, fire, earth, air, and water. The five elements were in great plenty, but spiritual Data energy was in little supply.

Jayden drew in all five elements simultaneously using a simple breathing technique.

All life could absorb energy, but it was another thing entirely to convert that energy into power.

The components Jayden could draw in were constrained by his meager abilities. Jayden's elemental prowess it low, but his physical strength is high.

It was enough to practice the first stage, though.

Jayden started moving the five elements through his body's meridians in accordance with the manual's recommendations.

According to certain theories, the human body can be thought of as a microcosm or a little universe that is built similarly to the structure of the universe.

The circulation path was in sync with the universal flow. In order to best improve the five ingredients, Jayden got more accustomed to each whole cycle and sped up his circulation.

"My Lady of the Lake will be decided by what I do next."

The fusion of the five elements was the next challenge, which many powerhouses deemed impossible to overcome. But Jayden will do anything to try and become more powerful. Power is all that matters for him. Using these elements could help him will all things in life he enjoys. Especially sports.

Jayden had a specific plan to carry it through.

The pace of circulation kept rising gradually until it accelerated to an astonishing rate.

Jayden's torso and forehead were already drenched in sweat at this moment. He started to lose control of his body's five elemental energy.

Despite the tiny quantity of energy being circulated, if he allowed them to go out of hand, he would sustain serious inside harm.

There's no going back at this point. Everything is at stake. I'm confident that I can succeed.

Even though Jayden's mental stamina was waning, he was determined to prevail. He strengthened his commitment and kept pushing himself to the maximum.

Microsoft, for my father, for me!

Even though Jayden grit his teeth, it eventually happened.

His circulation accelerated out of control when he couldn't keep up with it, causing excruciating anguish in his mind, body, soul, and center.

Jayden might have only sustained minor internal damage if he had given up early, but he persisted. He persisted in pushing himself until he made a risky turn. But he can't stop because his body is his sole effective tool.

The fallout from a failure here might even be fatal.

'Dammit! Dad! Your youngster has made mistakes and failed once more! I'll never get chosen by Microsoft in this manner! Jayden's eyes began to fill with tears. He punched the earth with the last of his remaining might.

The energy had worn out Jayden's mental fortitude and wreaked havoc in his body.

His consciousness started fading.

He thought back to the moment when his father had protected him from the enemy attack as his consciousness was slipping. In order to prevent Jayden's soul from exploding, his father used every last bit of strength he had and scattered his own soul.

"I won't stop—!"

Jayden sprung into life again.

The situation was comparable to pouring hot oil onto a dying flame, which caused it to flare up into a raging fire.

With rejuvenated and exceptional circulation speed and a wellspring of raging rage, Jayden pulled strength from his emotions and used force to subdue the raging energy.

Was this the clarity prior to passing away?

Jayden briefly considered it before losing interest.

Jayden closed his eyes as he was mentally and physically worn out. The tremendous surge of power came and passed in an instant.

Even though he believed that death would soon claim him, his body's energy began to circulate steadily and turn on its own. It appeared to have been subdued and stopped attempting to spin out of control.

Before finally forming new energy, a strand of Divine Data Energy, the five elements began to combine.

The Divine Data Energy thread kept moving through his body, quickly mending the injuries, and then came to rest around his waist.

The burst was just what Jayden needed to achieve because he was just a little short on circulation speed.

Jayden experienced a sense of rebirth as a result of the Divine Data Energy's cleansing and healing abilities.

His body underwent a partial transformation, becoming slightly more robust. His pores began to release dirt, and the air slowly began to fill with a foul odor.

Jayden recoiled and hit the ground. After a brief period of being confused, he let out a contented sigh before foolishly laughing.

He accomplished the unthinkable.

One's willpower is put to the absolute test by this [Hegemony of Data Chaos] approach. Jayden grinned and shook his head, not realizing that there was a deeper secret to his success. Jayden noticed a belt as he looked down at his waist. The buckle discharged data-filled energy. Jayden felt successful as he placed his palm on the belt buckle.

"After years of practice, it's finally time for my true strength to manifest. I'm needed by Microsoft right now ".

Jayden tried to activate the belt, but nothing happened. Jayden became nervous on the floor not understanding why the Data Summoning wasn't forming. Jayden trying to get the belt buckle to activate became frustrated and shouted in frustration sweating. Jayden laid down on the floor breathing heavily.

Jayden turned on the floor and struggled to get up. Jayden feeling his body hate him for doing something so reckless to it again caused him tremendous pain. Jayden crawled over to the chair and grabbed his shirt to help dry himself off.

Screech—!

The infirmary door was unlocked. Within a little while, light entered the space, randomly dividing the darkness before landing on Jayden's face.

"Jayden, hey! The time on campus is long gone! What are you doing here still?" Mrs. Hailey enquired.

"Ah…. I apologize and will immediately depart. I apologize, Miss Hailey. I was simply very unwell."

As Ms. Hailey approached Jayden to assist him and examine his face, she could not help but notice the foul odor he was emitting. When Ms. Hailey took his temperature, she observed that he was warm.

Ms. Hailey said, "Oh, my goodness, you're burning up."

Even though Jayden was relieved to have a teacher who actually cared about him, he realized he had to leave for home.

"Be at ease, Ms. Hailey. I do feel a little bit better. Actually, I was preparing to return home ", Jayden answered with a smile.

It's becoming dark outside, Jayden, do you not want a ride home? Ms. Hailey questioned.

"No, don't be concerned about it. I should not have to be afraid to go home alone since I am a hero "chuckling, Jayden remarked.

To make sure Jayden was okay, Ms. Hailey removed her hand from his forehead and face.

"Okay, just keep in mind not to cause any trouble. Keep in mind that anything might happen ", Ms. Hailey remarked.

Jadyen lifted his arm to smell his armpit and added, "Don't worry, when I get home, I'm going to relax and take a good shower, I know I need one.

"I admit that playing sports might make you sweat profusely. Careful, I have to go home now ", Ms. Hailey replied.

Okay, Ms. Hailey, see you Monday," Jayden waved.

Relief-filled, Jayden sighed and re-donning his shirt.

Grrr~!

Jayden's stomach protested as they left the university. He wryly patted his stomach. On an empty stomach, one cannot continue training.

Jayden also experienced a sense of nostalgia.

Food is no longer a need once one has attained the Data Divine condition; instead, it is a luxury. But he was still baffled as to why his summoning hadn't yet materialized.

District 13.

"Hey, dude. That man seems like the ideal target. Perhaps we ought to, you know?" While staring at a boy who was heading home alone in the middle of the night, a young bandit yelled quickly.

The older thug's eyes glowed as he turned to see where the younger thug indicated. The goons snatched up his brass knuckles and rushed over.

Jordan was traveling home on a reasonably unpopulated road. He wouldn't have selected such a way home if it had been any other day.

He quickly regretted leaving his part-time work to eat at a restaurant. He noticed his best friend Christian hasn't texted him back. He was worried.

When he thought his day couldn't get much worse, he heard a voice calling to him.

"Hey kid, what a lovely evening this is. Why don't you accompany us while we go get some food?" Big Bro Thug made a pleasant remark while rummaging through his pockets.

"N-no, please. I am occupied." Jordan said assuredly while attempting to avoid the large guy. Unfortunately, two more goons stood in his way.

Jordan turned to glance around and noticed some thugs setting their shop.

He had no fear around anyone. He was aware that this might take some time in front of large, powerful goons, but he wasn't going to allow anyone intimidate him.

"Hahaha. Kid don't do something foolish. We're attempting to be cordial. Once you've given us everything you've got, we'll leave you alone."

When Jordan's hand was suddenly snatched, he quickly spun around and punched the large guy in the face. The criminal saw his broken nose as he walked back cradling his face.

Thug 8 yelled, "You little bitch."

The other guys turned on their information system. Except for Thug 1, who was level 25, all the thieves were Data Level 20. Jordan scanned the group of thugs around him and noticed an alleyway to his left. Jordan approached the thug blocking the alleyway and used all his might to jump over him. He surprised the bandit he leapt over by moving that swiftly. Jordan moved as quickly as she could down the alley.

Thug 1 shouted, "Get his ass."

While others scrambled around to try and block him, the thugs chased him as quickly as they could.

By chance, Jayden was traveling in the same direction home. He was happily eating his fried chicken when he abruptly noticed Jordan running out of an adjacent alleyway.

'Ha. What is he doing?"

Jayden resumed eating while still moving slowly.

While strolling, Jayden noticed other males jogging in the same direction as Jordan.

What the hell is happening, Jayden exclaimed in confusion.

When Jayden observed other men attempting to cut off Jordan, he moved quickly forward.

"Although I have no idea what the hell is going on, I have no need to know. I don't even know or care about that kid "Jayden, who was eating a fry, added.

Sadly, after taking one stride away, he abruptly stopped moving. In his thoughts, a series of words kept repeating themselves. All those who desire to be chosen by Microsoft X must keep in mind the slogan "You be picked, you must choose good."

He shuddered as he remembered saying the proverb "You be selected, you must choose good" every day. It had become traumatized in some way.

"Sigh…. The nice guy life picked me; I didn't select it."

After turning around, Jayden started to follow Jordan.

Let's, see if he's really worthy", said Microsoft X watching this entire issue fold in front of him.
