Chapter 27

Isaac moved up to the counter as the customer in front of him finished placing his purchase. He looked down at his phone, waiting for Helena to respond to the text he had sent to her. They begin each day with a trip here before beginning their jobs and completing the missions that Microsoft X has given them.

"Hi!" said Isaac. "Would you kindly be so kind as to make me a strawberry milk shake, but with additional whipped cream and just a sprinkling of sprinkles on top?"

"You got it." Callen balanced a pen precariously on Helena's cup. "Hey, where is your pal, she's the one who places that particular drink order the majority of the time."

Isaac stated as he tucked his phone into his pocket, "I have no idea where she is today because she hasn't returned any of my calls or texts."

Callen said as he wrote Isaac's name on the drink, "I hope the gorgeous girl is okay." Isaac was the recipient of the drink.

Isaac rolled his eyes at the thought.

"I'm sorry, but I just wanted to make sure that everything is going well?"

Isaac reached his hand inside his pocket in order to remove his wallet from there. "No, really, it's OK. I simply want to make sure that everything is going well since even when her employer gets irritable, she still reacts to him.

"You shouldn't be concerned about it. $5.74." remarked Callen.

Isaac gave Callen his card so that he could pay for her drink and then he walked away. Callen took the card and slid it through the reader. Following the successful completion of the transaction, Callen handed Isaac the beverage.

Isaac exhaled deeply as he glanced at the rim of the glass and sighed. "You spelled my name wrong buddy"

"Whoops! My bad." Callen extended his hand so that he could erase what he had previously written on the paper.

Isaac returned the beverage to its owner.

On the cup, Callen scrawled the name of Isaac, but spelled it as Issac instead. Is the one being used now. "Better?"

Isacc was written on the cup at this point.

Isaac chuckled and grinned as he reached for the beverage.

Isaac called his friend and said, "Close enough buddy, and this time I mean it."

Callen took the receipt out of his wallet and looked at Isaac. "What exactly do you mean when you say 'this time,' sir.

Isaac took the receipt and dropped a five-dollar tip on the table before responding, "Nothing."

Callen, upon noticing the five-dollar bill, reached for it, and stared at it for a moment before putting it back down again. He was at a loss for words due to Isaac's sudden politeness and positive attitude.

As Isaac was leaving, he greeted his friends with a "see you tomorrow."

Callen gave a wave while still holding the five-dollar tip he had received. "I'll see you in the morning."

Isaac was going down the street while enjoying a smoothie that was made by his best friend's mind. Isaac stopped at a cross walk, he looked at his phone still noticing Helena hasn't messaged him back. He noticed Jordan and Christian both messaged him back saying they haven't seen Helena at all so far today. Isaac sighed and thought maybe she must be really busy today maybe with Microsoft X during a mission. Isaac saw the cross walk showed he could walk across the street now. Isaac began talk walk while drink more of Helena's drink.

Isaac in his bedroom looking around his small room for things has always been a hassle. Isaac picking up batteries off his floor to put into his remote he finally found on the floor. Isaac lifted up to remote to the TV, but his phone was sent a message.

[We need you] said the message sent by Celestial Guardian Caleb X

"Huh, what's going on now" said Isaac looking at his phone.

Isaax walked into the main room and saw Caleb sitting at the meeting table looking through notes of information collected over the year.

Isaac walked up to the table to see what Caleb needed "What's up Mr. Caleb, do you need something

"Yes, I do", said Caleb putting the papers down so he could drink some water.

"What is it then sir", said Isaac looking at his watch. "It's 9pm now".

Caleb stopped drinking to look at Isaac "You got a night mission today", said Caleb looking at Isaac.

"A night mission, I see. Ok, what's going on", ask Isaac.

"A criminal is using illegal powers at night again. I'm sending you on this mission to stop this please. I don't mind if you need extra time", said Caleb.

"Well don't worry we'll deal with it", said Coon

"Hey buddy", said Isaac holding his Celestial Companion.

"Calling a raccoon to do a night job. Smart idea sir", said Coon.

"Ok, then get the mission started", said Caleb.

"Ok", said Isaac.

Isaac moved his glasses "Coon Data Fuse", shouted Isaac.

Coon merged with the glasses on Isaac's face and formed a mass amount of digital energy around Isaacs body which moved throughout his entire body. The digital energy moving off from around Isaac's body showed an all-black tight suit with Kid outlines on the sides of the arm sleeves and sides of the suit. The glasses were no longer on his face, he was now wearing goggles with thin frames. His hands and feet had Kid fur claws that came from his feet while Kid ears come from the top of his head. Isaac's eyes dark as a raccoon just like the shade around his eyes under the goggles kept him hidden very well in the night. Isaac holding his bow and arrow looked prepared and ready to begin.

Isaac turned and looked forward at the door. "I got this", said Isaac with confidence.
