When Jonas Tucker was led back to the visitation room for the second time in two days, he was perplexed. When he saw who it was, his perplexity dissipated.
"Well, well, Mr. Nell, to what do I owe this pleasure?" Cyber Chameleon inquired.
"Mr. Jonas Tucker, I have some questions for you. Or would you rather I referred to you as Cyber Chameleon?" Cyber Chameleon was taken aback by Nell's question.
"How did you come across that name?" Cyber Chameleon inquired.
"Nichole addressed it in her introduction video. When she tried to persuade the Vulture's to swap Caleb for you, she referred to you as her mouse." Nell remarked, "I'm pleased he has that cover."
"Well, Mr. Nell, unless you grant me my freedom, I'm not going to tell you anything about Nichole or what you need." said Cyber Chameleon.
"I have no questions about them," Nell stated.
"Oh, so that's why you're here?" Cyber Chameleon inquired.
"I'm curious about your father." He could tell Nell had aroused Cyber Chameleon's interest.
"Actually, I'll save you some time. I haven't spoken to my father in years; he is the one who shaped me into the person I am now. But I'll tell you what I do know about his location." said Cyber Chameleon.
"Keep chatting," Nell advised.
"He's no longer alive," Cyber Chameleon stated.
"Do you honestly think that, given his specialization?" Nell inquired.
"What exactly do you mean?" Cyber Chameleon inquired.
"At his former residence, I discovered the cell where he was holding Ruby and her son. Were there plans for human skin face masks in there?" Nell inquired, and Mouse sighed.
"He fashioned such masks to conceal up my deformed face following the disaster. He claimed he was doing everything to assist me." said Cyber Chameleon.
"However, he merely did it for his personal benefit. Is it any surprise you ended up in this place after he urged you to hide your true face for years?" Nell inquired.
"What exactly is your point?" Cyber Chameleon inquired.
"Have you seen your father's body?" Nell inquired, and Cyber Chameleon could see where he was heading with this.
"I didn't do it." said Cyber Chameleon.
"What's to say he didn't utilize the same abilities he used to try to hide you to disappear himself?" Nell inquired, hoping to get into his thoughts because this was a new strategy he and Chloe had devised. Plant the concept in Cyber Chameleon's head that his father is still alive, so that when he does ultimately escape from Digital Prison, he will sure doubt take them not only to Nichole, but also to Ruby and Xavier Tucker.
"Even if that's true, I'm not sure where he is. What exactly did you hope to achieve with this?" Cyber Chameleon inquired.
"Because I know you won't talk, your father may be more ready to talk, and even if he isn't, he's eluded justice for far too long. And I believe we have something in common." " Nell stated.
"And what could it be?" Cyber Chameleon inquired.
"We both want your father to suffer." Nell said, and Cyber Chameleon considered him.
"You're not entirely wrong. But if he is still alive, I have no idea where he is." said Cyber Chameleon.
"Then I believe I've acquired everything I need from you." Nell stood up and moved away from the glass, smiling to himself because, for once, he was the one getting inside Nichole's thoughts rather than the other way around. He knew it was only a matter of time before Nichole discovered Cyber Chameleon and he delivered the same message he'd delivered to him. That would undoubtedly enter her mind and cause her to make a mistake. At the very least, he hoped so.
"How did it go?" As Nell entered King Owl's basement headquarters, Robert inquired.
"As planned, I placed the concept in his head; now we're letting it drive him insane, and if Nichole makes a move to get him out of M.R.C. Prison, he'll share our little message with her, and hopefully it'll get into her head as well." Nell stated.
"So, what are we going to do in the meantime?" Chloe inquired.
"Business as usual. In that case, Chloe, do you want a job?" Nell inquired.
"What?" Helena inquired.
"Both of us were groomed by King Owl to take over (KOSD) King Owl's Security Defense, but you are officially his heir. If we are to rebuild KOSD into the diamond it once was, we must do things differently, beginning with having two individuals in charge rather than just one." Nell stated.
"Would you like me to be your business partner?" Chloe inquired.
"If we're already partners in the field, why not partners in our day jobs?" Nell inquired.
"The board would never support two CEOs," Chloe explained.
"Because they are responsible for the company's current status, the board no longer wields the same clout it previously had. Before he left, I honestly thought the master would have made sure his board of directors was equipped to handle the corporation in his absence." Nell stated.
"Are you quite certain you want to do this?" Chloe inquired.
"You know more about the firm than I do, and while I'm doing my best, I believe we both agree that you're the person King Owl actually wanted to take over the company. You are his first partner; I was just taken in at the last minute when he discovered me. Also, I'm just thirteen years old but act my age "Nell smiled as she looked at Chloe.
"I appreciate the offer, Nell, and I'll assist you in rebuilding the company. I'll do everything I can; I used to leave this area to root. I'll keep everything he worked hard for together, just like you as an adult woman." Chloe stated.
"Let's talk about it." Nell stated as they walked upstairs to continue their conversation.
