That man, Thomas Miller.
He surrendered and let her to hold his head.
As she rose from the seat she had been occupying next to Anthony, Harper's demeanor was in no uncertain terms solemn. I have reason to assume that he has been hunting for you for the past five years, and that he has no intention of giving up his search.
Anthony made an effort to concentrate, but he realized that he was so exhausted that he could hardly talk.
Because my friend Thomas Miller is trying to find me. Thomas Miller has not yet completed his business with me. My life will come to an end because of Thomas Miller. My demon.
"So?" Anthony said finally. As he rose up, he was aware of the warm asphalt beneath his feet on the roof. That was the best that he could do.
"So, the fact that our good friend Thomas is coming back impacts everything." Harper was extracting a bag from a secluded nook in the ceiling of the building. Despite the shaking in his legs, Anthony made himself walk over to Harper and introduce himself.
"Don't give the impression that you care." But he wasn't going to let Harper know that his head was already pounding since he didn't want her to worry.
"I didn't say I did." As she crouched next to the bag, Harper gave a shrug of her shoulders. She spoke in a tone that was so soft that it was virtually inaudible to others. "He is going to come after us, and that is the reason I am here. Because of this, we had to get going. This girl, Celi, as well as your companion Sasha and your instructor Jack—"
Anthony made the obvious rectification and said "Celine."
Sasha is not a secret from Harper. And Jack. And even the girl I only see in my dreams. She is completely familiar with every aspect of my life.
Although Anthony loathed himself regardless of the outcome, the concept managed to be both exciting and terrible at the same time.
Anthony was greeted with a grin from Harper. It is not fair that Celine and Sasha should perish. They have not earned Thomas Miller's respect. Nobody as naive as a youngster should be placed into the middle of something like that."
"But I do?"
"Not all of us get to pick Anthony," the speaker said. Although Harper's tone conveyed a sense of melancholy, the content of what she said remained unchanged.
"Orphanages in London are reporting an increase in the number of missing children. I don't believe that it's finished yet. Not for Thomas and his wacky science experiments with the Underground Society. Not yet."
The question is "Underground Society?" Anthony said angrily. "What exactly is that?"
The question is "Underground Society?" Harper gave Anthony a dismissive shrug as she rose up to face him, as if the matter were of no consequence, but Anthony knew the words from one of her own visions. Even yet, they caused her to shudder.
Harper fixed his gaze on her. "The Underground Society is a training ground for young people in London who aspire to have a dark heart like mine, just like I did. If you want to talk about not being able to make a choice, then."
Anthony reasoned to himself, "Of course not; I don't."
And just like that, I find myself by myself once more. Like always.
Harper gave him his attention. "If I can make it through this, so can you," the person said. She showed a hint of a smile by arching one brow slightly. "Don't you remember that we're the same? You are in the presence of the goddess who sent me. Microsoft does not yet have a lot of information around this."
Anthony was able to recall.
He was able to recall those very words, which had been delivered to him by his heroic savior. That completed the exercise. Something within of him gave way. He couldn't handle it for one more second, not even close.
She gave the Assassin Lioness a punch to the face that was as forceful as she could muster. Natasha Romanov was surprised this time because she didn't see it coming.
"I'm ready now. Let's kill that fucker Thomas "said Anthony shaking his hand after punching Harper
