This novel could be considered as a reverse of Lord of the Mysteries. In a sense that the so called ‘normal’ humans are the monsters and the ‘Beyonders’ or ‘awakened’ for this story, are the true humans. This has great potential in the fact that the reader is forced to ask ‘why’ at the entire situation and how this entire thing came to be.
