fight!

There were looks of shock and excitement, on the many students faces having watched this scenario. They were shocked seeing Atlanta easily beat, no knock out Jack without breaking a sweat, and were also excited to witness a quick and entertaining fight.

"You just became more famous." Rhoin muttered weakly, coughing up some fresh blood.

"I told you before, I Don't care." Atlanta grumpily said walking Rhoin out. She didn't care what anyone thought about her, even Rhoin. It was true she didn't like people at all, but that didn't mean she wouldn't help if someone was in danger.

'That's what Mom and dad would've wanted.'

"Shouldn't we do something." A short boy with dark hair and blue eyes said, to another with blue razor cut hair who sat on a hovering chair.

'This girl.. she seems familiar.' Zeke the blue haired boy thought, holding his chin trying to recollect where he'd seen Atlanta.

'Wait it can't be..'

"isn't she Atlanta breeze, the one who killed the lv4 hunter." He finally remembered where he remembered her, from the many rumours circulating in the resistance HQ.

"Woah yeah.. i-it really is her." Tippy the short boy exclaimed, staring at Atlanta with wide eyes.

"Hmm.. what does it matter." Kaiser a boy with pale face and long gold hair reaching his shoulders shrugged, staring at Atlanta. Instead of being amazed or intrigued by her he felt disdain and hatred towards her, as he felt she was over hyped just because she killed a hunter.

"For all we know the big 5 were with her. They would've have done all the work, while she hid then take some credit like she did any work." He smugged frowning his brows.

"Hmm.. you have a point." Zeke softly said. They didn't know the full story, expect for the rumours about her killing a lv4 hunter by herself.

"But what should we do now Zeke? she touched Jack." Tippy asked looking at Zeke for an answer.

"There's nothing else to say, we can't just let her get away with what she did to Jack." Kaiser retorted. he wanted to make Atlanta pay for what she did, proving to everyone she was just a girl.

Thinking, Zeke had a frown on his face. he wanted to make Atlanta pay but he wanted to plan it out, and not act irrationally so it wouldn't backfire in the future. And not to mention the lingering thought, if she was truly that powerful to kill a lv4 hunter by herself. He'd seen the tip of an iceberg of her power as she easily took Jack, which meant she was strong but he didn't know how strong she was yet.

"Are you seriously thinking about it right now." Kaiser angrily uttered, feeling Zeke was being too patient and not taking this thing seriously. "Are you not taking this matter seriously or have you gone cold?"

"I haven't. Since you're so excited to teach her a lesson, why don't you go first." Zeke calmly spoke, causing Kaiser to shrug his shoulders before walking out to face Atlanta.

"And where do you think you're going?" Kaiser boldly said standing in front of Atlanta and Rhoin, blocking their path from the exit.

"Get out of my way before you suffer the same fate as your friend."

'H-how did she know?' Kaiser inwardly thought, staring at Atlanta with disbelief. He guessed it was because he came to challenge her when she beat Jack, but still that didn't give her enough confirmation to boldly say that.

"Whatever. But I can't just let you go after what you did." Kaiser finally spoke after regaining himself.

"He had what was coming to him, and I'll advise you walk away now you still can."

"Is that a threat?"

"No, it's a promise."

"Hahaha!" Kaiser chuckled softly. "Why don't we test that theory huh? I challenge you to a three on one duel, right here and right now." He cheekily said with an evil smirk plastered on his face. He was hoping to see Atlanta's reaction as he made that challenge, he could see she had a poker face which he couldn't see through.

'That should scare her.' He thought, inwardly laughing.

"You've gone silent all of a sudden. Does that mean you're too chicken to accept my little challenge?" He teased causing the crowd of students to erupt into laughter, and many murmuring some inaudible words.

"Surely we should be an easy task for the great Atlanta breeze, who defeated a lv4 hunter all by herself." Kaiser chipped in adding more fuel to the fire. There were many gazes and small talks, all directed towards Atlanta as Kaiser said those words.

"D-don't listen to him, he's trying to get under you're skin." Rhoin said to Atlanta, whose hand was shaking slightly. Her blood was boiling by the sec with her rage fueling, calming herself down Rhoin words seemed to have gotten to her head.

"Fight!"

"Fight!"

"Fight!" The crowd chanted, demanding for the three on one fight between Atlanta and Kaiser with his group.

"You're right.. he's not worth it." She softly said, ignoring Kaiser and helping Rhoin out.

"Now that's a bummer."

'What's he doing.' Zeke thought staring at the situation.

"Kaiser that's enough." Zeke spoke, touching his ear as he was directly being transmitted to Kaiser.

"No.. I still haven't had fun yet." Killing the com link, Kaiser had an unsettling smile on his face as he continued his speech.

"Why don't you run away with your sorry excuse for a boyfriend." Kaiser blabbed more, refusing to shut up and leave them be. He wanted to get on her nerves, in her head and trigger some sort of emotion whatsoever, and he knew how he was going to do it.

"You're a coward and disgrace to the resistance! And you're also a disgrace and a sorry excuse for a daughter! No wonder you're parents died and left you!" He roared making Atlanta stop in her tracks.

"No! A-atlanta.. don't listen to him." Rhoin tried to get to her but she had already lost it. Dropping Rhoin to the floor, her head twitched continuously while her hands where clenched tightly into a fist.

[Atlanta your anger has risen to unhealthy lengths, I would advice you calm down before you do anything you would regret.] Nexus softly said but Atlanta wasn't listening, it was like a new force was taking over her and all she knew and felt right now was rage.

"Why don't you say that again!" She yelled facing Kaiser, her eyes twitching uncontrollably. Her breathing had already become rough, as her blood boiled more.

"I said you're a disgrace and sorry excuse for a daughter! No wonder your parents left you!"

"Argh!" Within the blink of an eye with lightening fast movement, Atlanta had closed the gap between her and Kaiser since it was very little. Her fist was already thrown out to his face, with her unknowingly activated power punch in that strike.

'Shit.' Kaiser was too slow to react, as he didn't expect Atlanta to suddenly get to him so quick. He knew that punch she threw packed some power, as the hair was colliding against his face.

Just when the fist was about to hit him, a figure jumped in intercepting the attack and blocking the punch.

'Bam!' A small bam sound went off as Atlanta's fist collided with the robot's palm, there was a small visible crack where she punched.

"What the hell? I was pushed back a bit from just her punch." Gin the one in the machine shockingly said, looking at Atlanta.

"Atlanta stop it." Gin said but she wasn't listening, she wanted Kaiser now and she was going to get him even if it meant going through gin.

"Get out of my way!" She roared, sending out another fist which was still intercepted by gin. The same small bang sound went off with gin being sent back a bit, as he felt the impact of her insane punch.

"I know he's wrong and trust me he'll be fully punished the right way."

"Right way. That's not enough!" She shouted, slamming her leg into gin's robot leg.

"Shit." Her kick managed to have a bit more effect as it dented the metal surface a bit, sending some amount of pain to gin's brainwave.

Losing control, Atlanta broke her right hand free from gin's grip punching forward to his guts, using the momentum to knee his groin area encased in metal.

'Fuck!' Gin screamed in his head, he really felt the effects of that knee to his private region. Even though he was in a small robot suit it didn't fully protect him, as Atlanta had managed to break past his defense a bit.

"You're dead!" Atlanta screamed going after a still shocked Kaiser, the latter had surprisingly not moved from his location still in shock. He could boldly see Atlanta coming towards him, but immense fear clouded his body to the extent he couldn't move a muscle.

"I didn't want to do this." Gin muttered. Leaping a bit, he landed in front of Kaiser in-between Atlanta and the scared boy. Quickly holding her tightly in a bear hug, a transparent liquid in a syringe protruded from the side of the shoulder of the robot.

"Hold still." Unable to move, she still struggled to break free from gin's grip but the latter wouldn't allow it, tightly holding onto her refusing to let go. The syringe was then injected into her neck, with the liquid flowing in while gin made sure to hold her still.

"No! let go of me!" She shouted, but gin didn't budge still holding her tightly.

"How isn't she asleep yet?" A normal human being would've immediately gone to sleep as soon as he ministered that shot, but surprisingly Atlanta was still kicking.

"Come on go to sleep!" He administered another shot which made her feel weak, but she still had some gas left in her. Only when he gave the third shot, did her eyes finally go to sleep.

"Phew.. that was close." Gin sighed. he'd thought he would have to administer more shots to Atlanta before she finally went to sleep, but thankfully he didn't have to.

"You and your crew should report to the detention department immediately." Gin uttered to which Kaiser absently nodded. Walking towards Rhoin he stopped, picking him up and gently placing him in his arms besides Atlanta. He then proceeded to carry the duo out from the elite department squad, taking them to the health department.

...

"Nice work." Saber sarcastically said to gin, who was already out from the robot back in the big 5 office.

"Yeah like you would've done any better." Gin retorted causing saber to glare at him with a frown.

"That's enough you two." Zero softly said, standing on his feet staring outside through the glass window.

"As we all saw earlier, a taste of the power of the nanites in her. Not only has she successfully bonded with it, but she is developing growing with it too." Zero paused for a moment, letting his words sink into the others ear. "If she can do that to a robot, then what more of a hunter who still have some weak spots."

"I believe she is the key to the end of this war, and I know you all can agree with me on that." Zero said and they all nodded. It had been a long time since they had any hope at all, but now they had a bit they would hold onto it.

'Richard, how I wish you can see how well your daughter's doing.' Zero silently thought. he'd been thinking about his childhood friend, as it was him and Richard that started the resistance until the latter suddenly disappeared, leaving only him to run things.

'Soon we'll finally make our dreams come true.' Zero thought with a light smile looking outwards, gazing at the beauty and peaceful view of the outskirts of elite city.
