THE CRICKET

The CRICKET

It was the 2nd day, October19, 2023, Thursday night. I heard once again the loud sound of the cricket.

On the first night, Wednesday night, I woke up hearing its loud sound. It's like a deafening sound, echoing through our walls. I thought it was inside the house.

At first, I was suspicious, maybe it's a threat or an enemy disguised as a cricket. But the Lord Jesus in a small voice, inside me, told me, "Don't mention my name. Leave it. Leave him."

It was like not a threat to me.

Its loud sound just disappear during the day, the next day, Thursday.

However, as evening came, the cricket sounded again, so loud.

"Leave him." The Lord told me, so I just slept.

But as the dawn came, I heard a male voice talking in English, a disappointed voice saying, "I'VE STAYED FOR TOO LONG HERE..."

I think for too long, who was that.

Next, the cricket echoed too loud inside the house.

I said, "IT'S VERY NOISY, MY LORD. IT'S VERY NOISY, FATHER."

Addressing Father in heaven inside my head.

Next, at around 4 in the morning, I thought, maybe the cricket was trapped, it cannot leave.

That's the time I checked again our comfort room. It was like the sound was on the near wall. I checked the window, but I saw nothing. So I thought maybe it was inside the hole on the floor.

And I walked to the corner of the wall and there's a water container there. I just moved the container in an angle towards me, and there I saw the black cricket. He was indeed stuck on the side of the container.

I removed the container that's trapping one of his legs or wings I think. I was about to splash water on the floor but the Lord stopped me, "Don't..."

So I didn't splash the floor anymore, maybe the cricket's body is still hurting...

"It's his fault." The Lord said.

The loud deafening sound suddenly stopped.

At last I solved my little worries.

It's the voice of the cricket, the disappointing voice who said, "I'VE STAYED FOR TOO LONG..."
