chapter twelve (the suicide)

The students all left the cafeteria, when the bell ranged and they all headed back to their class, there were still settling down on their various seats, when suddenly a girl ran in, she was shivering out of fear and the whole class turned to her.

" What happened speak up"Keevah yelled and the girl shook more.

" I saw.... a.... student.... dead at the gar....den"the girl said and the whole students rushed outside to see what happened.

They all got to the garden and truely saw a lifeless body on the ground with blood on his neck.

Axella's eyes almost pooped out of its socket when she got to the front of the crowd staring at the dead body.

" a vam...pire"she muttered as she stared at the dead body's neck.

All the students were murmuring as they saw the dead body, while some people like Pearl, Keevah, Terrick, Arnold and many others has no expression on.

Axella turned to Pearl who just looked away immediatly.

" So vampires do exists"Axella mumbled as her legs became wobble and she shooked in fear.

It wasn't the fact that vampire exists that made her shook in fear, but the fact that students are killed at night got her more afraid.

" Hey don't be afraid okay, maybe he killed himself cause there's a suicide note beside him"Pearl said pointing at a piece of paper beside the dead body.

Axella became a bit calm and walked slowly to the dead body, she bent down and picked up the suicide note and read it.

" I guess he killed himself"Axella said and dropped the note beside the dead body and moved closer to Pearl.

" wait Pearl how did you know there was a suicide note beside him" Axella raised a brow at Pearl who scoffed immediatly.

" isn't it obvious Axella, I wasn't the only who saw it" Pearl said and Axella took in a deep breath, before staring back at the dead body on the ground.

" Return to your class everyone"a voice said from behind and the students immediatly started dispersing returning back to their classes

Throughout the lecture Axella's mind was on the dead body, she really hate to see a dead body, and the sight of blood make her want to puke out her intestines.

" He is really so dump, why will he kill himself cause he was rejected, they are many girls who are secretly in love with him but couldn't tell him yet he took his own life"Axella scoffed and peyarl turned to her.

" Hey are you okay"Pearl asked and axella nodded.

" I was just wondering why a cute guy like himself would take his own life cause he was rejected"Axella said and pearl smiled.

" I guess he doesn't have a good reason to live"Pearl muttered but Axella heard her.

" Why does he not have enough reason to live?"Axella asked.

" Cause why would he kill himself cause he got rejected, I guess he really doesn't wanna live that's why he gave that lame excuse"Pearl said and axella nodded and went mute for a while, before turning to pearl.

" But do you think he killed himself?"she suddenly asked and pearl nodded.

" The knife, the letter and the girl who rejected him are enough reasons for me to believe he actually took his own life"Pearl said and turned to her text book.

" She shouldn't have rejected him at first" Axella said looking at the girl who rejected the dead guy.

Abigail's head was on the desk, she has been crying since the incident happened. She never knew Jerome loved her cause they were best of friends.

" I thought he was kidding cause he was my best friend, I never thought he was serious with his confession"Abigail muttered as more tears fell from her eyes.

Everyone was really busy with one thing or another, Pearl and Axella were busy reading while others were talking about lastest brands of clothes, shoes and bags.

Keevah stood up with Olivia and Grace behind her, she walked straight to Abigail's seat and raised her head.

Abigail's eyes were red cause of how she has been crying since.

" You're really a bitch, now you're crying when the guy who loves you is dead cause you turned him down"Keevah scoffed but Abigail was mute.

Keevah became angry cause Abigail wasn't answering her.

" When am talking you answer bitch"keevah said and grabbed a handful of Abigail's hair and she winced in pain.

" Keevah let me go I didn't kill Jerome"Abigail said in tears but keevah kept pulling her hair.

" You're a murderer you killed Jerome cause you thought his confession was a joke"keevah said and let go of her hair, and Abigail's head immediatly came in contact with the desk, cause of the force keevah applied when leaving her hair.

Abigail raised her head and blood was dripping from her forehead.

Immediatly her eyes met with her blood on the desk, her eyes turned green and her nails started growing, but she held them under her desk.

She folded her fist in anger, as she stared at Keevah who has a devilish smirk on.

Keevah moved closer to Abigail and whispered into her ear.

" If not for the fact that there are humans in this school I won't hesitate to dig my nails into your neck"Keevah whispered and into Abigail's ear and smiled.

Abigail closed her eyes, before breathing in and out so as to subside her anger, and she was successful cause her eyes changed back to normal and her long nails went back.

Meanwhile Axella who was watching the scene folded her fist in anger. The one thing she hates in her life is bully, She hates anyone who bullies the weak.

She immediately stood up and was about leaving her seat when Pearl held her hand and shook her head.

" Don't Axella, you're a new student, don't interfere"pearl muttered and made Axella sat back down.

" Pearl the one thing I hate in my life is bully, and I can't watch how that girl keeps bullying the other one, she's even bleeding and the whole class sat down watching the whole scene without anyone stopping her"Axella said but pearl didn't let her go.

" Keep watching okay don't interfere, it's non of your business"Pearl said staring at axella who was fuming with anger.

" I can't watch this act of bully, I need to clear my head if not I might do a crazy thing here"Axella muttered and pearl stood up still holding Axella's hand as they both walked out of the class room heading to the girls dorm.

" Please try not to interfere okay it's for your own good"Pearl said and Axella stopped walking.

Pearl turned to axella who wasn't moving again, " what is it?"Pearl asked

" Minding my business for my own good?, no pearl I won't do that, that bully was lucky you didn't let me go if not I would have made her regret ever touching the other girl"Axella said with seriousness in her voice and that made Pearl to laugh.

" What's funny pearl, am serious here and you're laughing"Axella frowned.

" Am sorry for laughing but you look like an actress with that seriousness all over your face"Pearl said and Axella hissed and walked away leaving pearl.

" Hey Axella wait up"Pearl ran after Axella still laughing.
