Chapter 93 Sea of Fire

The scarlet dragon that swoop down at the battlefield made all the people and the unknown creature present in the area look at it at awe. The dragon have a four scarlet stripes twisted horn, its scythe-shaped wings that covers almost the entire army behind her back when stretched out appears to be in pristine condition.

"Who dare trespass in my domain?" The scarlet dragon's voice echoed through the entire summit.

No one dares to answer the thunderous voice. The unknown creatures can't do anything but tighten their grip on their mace-liked weapons.

Following the thunderous awakening, a few minutes of silence follows, only breaking when one of the unknown creature steps forward.

"Norril impedrille Dragonkins!" The unknown creature that looks like their leader due to its armor being slightly different than the rest shouted back at the scarlet dragon. The sound of its voice is enough to make some of the lower level faint and the rest disoriented, except for Alger and the scarlet dragon that is still standing tall.

Even though the scarlet dragon didn't fully comprehend what's the unknown creature just said, the scarlet dragon was still taken a back a little by the arrogance of this unknown creature that it can easily crush out of existence by only stepping on it.

"Your arrogance will be your downfall." The scarlet dragon roars back. It starts to flapped its wings that made the air around her vicinity uneasy. Alger and his guildmates that are still fully conscious tries to hold at the nearby trees to avoid being blown away by the strong gust of wind.

After a few minutes of flapping it wings, the scarlet dragon rose and made a deep breath. A sea of flames comes out from its jaw upon exhaling.

The unknown creature scatters due to the fiery breath that was released by the scarlet dragon. Some of them got caught and was burned alive. Due to the intense heat of the breath, the surrounding area temperature rose highly, to the point that some of the adventurers are finding it hard to breath.

Despite the harsh condition that the scarlet dragon brought with it, the adventurers composes themselves once they saw that the enemies are in disarray. Alger with his guild mates slowly but surely slay the isolated unknown creatures one by one.

The arrogant leader of the unknown creature troops can't do anything but shout at his soldiers to at least regain formation but alas the dozen of dragons that came with the scarlet dragon arrives. The army of dragons that's under the protector was the final nail in the coffin of the unknown creatures that invaded her domain.

Even with the swift victory the tension around the domain is still at its peak since they didn't gain any information about their enemies and the reason why they're so confident at invading the place of the most powerful person in all of Zirracania Alliance.

The scarlet dragon and her army of dragons flew above after making sure that all of the unknown creatures are dead, leaving the adventurers and the protector's troops at cleaning duty. They didn't really care that much since the dragons are mostly the main factor that they won quickly.

Alger with Urag order the adventurers to try and get a sample from the unknown creatures in the hopes that one of their Biochemist can study it and at least gain some information about them.

Some of the adventurers that fainted started gaining consciousness and some can't still believed what transpire in front of their eyes. Except for Alger, all of the adventurers thought that Dragonkins no longer exist in this world and they saw not just a normal Dragonkin but a Dragonkin that can communicate with them.

The reason why Alger was not that surprise to find out that they still exist is because her daughter in law and her grand daughter are both Dragonkins which he kept a secret even to his guild mates for safety reasons. He don't want to cause another Great War just in case the root of hatred still exist in some of the people of this world.
