Inside the car Abigail had hr hands wrapped around herself as she looked outside the window and watched Kai's figure slowly disappear from her sight.

A sigh escaped her lips as she turned away from the window, she looked at Xavier and saw him reading some files in his laptop. She wondered where they were going, they were taking a different road from the one they came.

"Where are we going?" Abigail asked as she looked at Xavier. She noticed how his fingers gently tapped the keys as his eyes scanned everything on the screen. His face was cold and emotionless but he was calm like the storm.

"To complete our marriage" He stated and then stopped typing to look at the expression on her face before he then closed his laptop and faced her.

"Did we leave something incomplete?" Abigail asked as she thought.

Xavier didn't reply to her words and just held her right hand and raised it up to her face and spoke in an unusual calmness.
