Liang Xun looked at the piece of yarn and asked Jing Yao casually, "What has Yaoyao been doing at home these past few days?"
Jing Yao's eyes flickered as she whispered, "Nothing much. I'm just playing with my cell phone and watching television."
Liang Xun raised his eyebrows slightly. "Nothing else?"
Jing Yao nodded and then shook her head. "I also chatted with Mom and the others."
"Oh." Liang Xun's lips curled up slightly. His smile was especially gentle and harmless. "Dad is here this time too. What gift did he bring you?"
"He brought…" Jing Yao's excited voice stopped abruptly. She realized belatedly that Liang Xun was trying to get information from her.
"What did he bring?" Liang Xun was still asking with a smile.
Jing Yao snorted softly and did not want to talk to Liang Xun anymore.
Liang Xun walked around the huge cardboard box and sat beside Jing Yao.
Jing Yao moved a little to the side, not wanting to be close to him.
