<p>/"So you guys ready for today?/" Callie asks us as we all sit down at the table and eat our breakfast. We look over at our sister then to Izzy. She looks at us and only shrugs, not feeling the need to reply. Since she came here, she's not been much of a talker. The only person she could hold a conversation over an hour with is Mother. We completely understand, she knew Mother way before she knew us. It still would be nice if she could try to speak to us. Ugh, we're doing it again, going all sappy, wanting her to notice us and accept us, then reject her mate.</p>

<p>Gage I both know that she'd never leave her mate for us, especially if she knew what a monster we were. The both of us just need to learn that this isn't a fairytale where they live happily ever after, its real life, and in real life there's many disappointments.</p>
