The Return

After Callie had dragged Izzy off, we finished our breakfast then motioned for Beau to follow us. We had to speak to him before he left. Walking outside the house we walk through the woods, wanting to have privacy. We eventually reach a spot that we see fit. We turn to face him and see a sad expression on his face.

/"Before you speak Theo, I just wanted to say I'm sorry. I'm sorry for attacking you. I'm sorry for messing with your life, but I'm mostly sorry about ever lifting a hand to Izzy. You're a very lucky guy, and I hope you'll treat her the proper way, the way I was supposed treat her./" By the end of his speech, tears are falling and he's on his knees. We sigh and kneel down in front of him. We place our hands on his shoulders.

/"Beau, stop crying. I just wanted to say thank you./" His head snaps up and he looks at us in shock and confusion.
