Months. It had been months.

I wasn’t sure exactly how long but it had been long enough to a point that the news were no longer talking about me. No one was talking about me. I’m sure my parents had already buried me and my friends, well, they probably assumed that I was dead by now.

It didn’t matter though, none of it mattered, not the outside world, not what they thought about me or if they even did think about me. I had gave up and gave in. I gave into my feelings for Xenon. He’d become so much more softer, so much more gentle with me. He touched me with care, he treated me delicately, as if I was a fragile object that he was afraid of breaking. He was sweet and for the first time, I felt at peace with where I was at in life.
