He was met a brutal death when a wolf , Only young as a child pounced over the grown man , biting him . The wolf ripped open his throat , killing him instantly , The heir was hence never left with one troop , and the wolf was named to be his guardian .

There was something about the white wolf which wanted to protect the king . Hence Aric named him 'The King' .
