All Tatiana wanted was to stop her arranged marriage so she asked a handsome strange to pretend to be her boyfriend to convince her mother and leave the marriage. 

"Will you marry me ?" he asked, she could hear her mother in the background telling her to say yes. 

What was going on, how did her fake boyfriend turn this dinner into a proposal? And where the hell did he get that ring? A lot of questions and no time to think about anything.

And now she had a fiance, just after jumping out of an arranged marriage with her childhood friend Mark. 
Thinking they would not meet again his ring doesn't want to leave her finger and his now appearing at her place of work too. 

Without holding back she was falling for him, but just as she thinks they are in love a dark secret about him appears breaking them apart.

"Today is the big day Tatiana, you get to me your future in-laws " 


"It's just a family party, do make it sound like it's about me " 


"But it is about you, he invited you cause he wants to show you off ...she pointed at the gown on the bed ..." his mother even sent you that so you could impress everybody " 


"She did that cause I said I had nothing to wear to their party " 


"Still the same thing, now hurry and get dressed before he arrives " 


Tatiana finished her makeup and Patricia helped with getting dressed. 


They heard the doorbell ring, "That must be him " Patricia ran to the door. 


"Good evening, am here to pick up Miss Kennel" Patrica turned to her friend with a smile.


Tatiana pushed her away, "Am sorry but he didn't tell me anything about you picking me up " 


"Mr Avil couldn't make it at the last minute cause of a personal issue so his mother told me to pick you up " he answered. 


"Did something happen to him ?" Tatiana asked. 


She excused herself and picked up her phone, calling his number. 


"Hi, don't panic ..you will find out once you arrive so leave now," Patrica said. 


She got her coat and bag and followed the driver down to the car. 


"Bye bestie, have fun and don't forget to call me " waved Patrica. 


Patrica was cleaning up before leaving when the doorbell rang again. 


It was a mother stranger, fully dressed in a blue tuxedo, he had big baby brown eyes with full red lips, and his dark sharp eyebrows raised when she opened the door. She blinked as her eyes gazed upon his handsome features. 


"Eric Black a friend of Jack Avil her boyfriend, sent me to pick her up ". he said. 


"Huh?...but someone already picked her up," she said. 


"That's impossible, Jack hasn't sent anyone yet apart from me, so who could that be " 


They both looked at each other confused. 


"He said something happened to him, so she tried calling him but didn't get through " 


"That's because something did happen that's why he told me to come to pick up Tatiana," Eric said. 


"So who took my friend now and what happened to him that he could not make it?"


"Someone attacked him before today evening, his still in the hospital "


"No, his being discharged now and headed to the party, that's why am here to get Tatiana to him, so now who took her " Eric grabbed his phone and failed a number. 


Jack answered, "Are you with her now ?". 


"No, I have some bad news. Someone got here before me and took her " 


"How would I know, I got here and she had already left. I think it has something to do with you being attacked " Eric explained. 


"Call, Bob now am on my way," Jack said hanging up. 


Patricia was getting worried, "So what's going on ?". 


"I think your friend has been kidnapped," he said
