Gone

Tatiana woke up to get a phone call from her aunt, sounding anxious

"Have you spoken to your mother?" she asked.

"No, not yet. Why did something happen ?"

"Why didn't you tell me you sold the ranch? I came over to see her but that whole place had been fenced " she reported.

"What ?"

"Yes, and when I asked I was told they saw her walk off after some men came to talk to her "

"Men what men? and when did this happen ?"

"Yesterday evening," said her aunt.

She jumped out of bed, "Okay keep looking while I try to get there " she said.

Patrica and Alex woke up to the sound of her moving up and down.

"what going on, Is the baby coming ?" asked Patricia

"It's still early for that, " Alex said.

"Mom is missing, she must have found out about the ranch being sold," she said grabbing her shoes.

"Missing, where could she be " Patricia grabbed her clothes to change and followed Alex.

"Where should we start to look?" Alex asked getting her phone.

"You guys go back to sleep, I don't want to bother you I can manage," she said.

"WHAT ...that is definitely an insult to us " Patricia yelled.

"We are your friends and you want us to stay and sleep while you go out to search for your mother. Is that fair " Alex said.

"She's like a mother to me and you want me to sleep while she's missing "

"And remember your condition you can't move around so much let us help you " Alex walked to the living room.

"Now hurry up and let's go. Good Alex has a car she will drive us there" Patrica said.

Patrica called Eric who offered to help too , they agreed to meet at the ranch.

"Where do you think she will go in her state ?" he asked when they arrived.

"They are alot of places I don't know where to start "she cried .

Another car arrived and Jack walked out. It had been months without seeing him , his hair was longer and he had grown a beard.

"What is he doing here , I don't remember calling him " she said.

"Calm down bestie, we need all the help we can get " said Patricia

"Any one can help me but not him , it his fault she's missing " she cried.

Eric took Jack away while Alex and Patricia calmed down Tatiana.

After a few.minutes they divided themselves to the different places she thought she would be.

The others started calling after hours of searching to report their failure in finding her.

She cried ,"I hope mother is okay " they where now heading to her fathers grave. After thinking she thought about it , it was the only place her mother would go feeling down.

She almost jumped out of the car when she saw her through the window at her father's grave.

"Hi be careful " Eric said parking the car.

She was out already running to her mother. She looked up with her swollen red eyes. Tatiana chocked on her tears, she had been crying at her father's grave.

"I failed your father " she cried.

"No mother it was me who failed you both " she hugged her.

Eric called Patrica telling her where they were and had found her mother.

Soon they got to the grave yard.

"How long have they been there ?" asked Alex.

"An hour " he said.

Tatiana looked at her mother holding her hands, "Am so sorry mother , it was fault for being careless " she cried.

She had told her mother everything. Who cried with her daughter.

"Am sorry my daughter, I am also at fault for pushing you to him cause of my need to see you married " she said.

"Father is going to be disappointed in me " Tatiana glanced at her father's grave.

"Am sure he won't , we all make mistakes it's that man who needs to apologize .So don't cry daughter we can get through this together "

Tatiana nodded as more tears formed in her eyes.

"Let's get you out of here mother , it cold and everyone is worried about you " she said helping her up.

Patricia walked up to them helping Tatiana with her mother while Alex helped her.

Eric opened the car and they got in , Tatiana could see Jack's car parked further away from them .
