Another lost Chance

Eric and the others walked to Jack's room to check on them but stopped at the door. Tatiana was fully submerged in his chest, his arms around her as they slept.

"Is this happening for real" Patricia whispered?

"This is another chapter, am worried won't end well," Eric said.

"What is poor Steve going to do about this," Alex remarked.

Tatiana moved to hear the gun shoot around them, she ran but then heard Jack's voice behind her. He was down bleeding so much it made the ground red. She cried calling for help but then Teddy's brother appeared grabbing her by the hair, he put the knife on her neck, "time to die" he laughed. She screamed waking up. Her eyes flew open and the nightmare stopped.

"Bad dream," a voice asked. She looked up to see Jack staring down at her. His arms were holding her next to him, she moved but felt pain spread through her head from her neck. Her hand moved to check but Jack stopped her.

"Don't touch it, or you might make it bleed again. The doctor said he will check on you later" he said.

"You saved me?" she asked.

He sat up, "You don't remember"

"Things happened so fast I don't remember much," she said

"I knocked him out with my wheelchair and he was taken to the police, then I took you to the doctor to get your wound fixed but after you could not let me go, so I bought you here with me," he said.

"Did anyone see us, especially Steve?" she asked.

"Everyone saw us but apart from Steve. Since I saw him leave I didn't see him again" he said.

She turned away, "Oh, thank you for saving me again. This time for real"

He chuckled, "Your welcome, glad I got there on time or he would have killed you"

"Will they arrest him for good? She asked

"The officers said he was a wanted criminal so he will be away from all g time, "he said.

They heard a noise in the corridor and turned to the door which swung open.

"Avil, your okay "was a sweet voice coming from a young beautiful girl.

Eric, Patricia, Alex and Mark rushed in after her," Sorry we tried to stop her but she said she was his girlfriend "Alex said.

Jack turned to Tatiana who was already glaring at him.

"Baby boy are you okay, "the stranger asked, she pretended not to see Tatiana laying next to Jack in the bed.

"Who are you? "he asked

"You don't remember me, I helped you once when you almost fainted at a party and am pretty sure it was hers "her red-painted nail pointed to Tatiana next to him.

"You? "he remembered

Tatiana turned to him," So you know here? "she said.

"I do but not the way that you think, she isn't my girlfriend "he stammered.

"Patricia help me out of here. " Tatiana said pulling the cover off her. She pushed Jack's hand on her waist and climbed down the bed. Patricia was at her side in seconds and helped her walk out.

Eric turned to his friend," You just messed up the only chance you had to mend things between you and her " he said.

Jack moved," It's not what you guys think " he yelled.
