Apology

"Tatiana you're the talk of the city again" Alex walked to her office.

"About what, I haven't signed any new deals yet," she said.

"About what happened at the dinner last night, everyone is condemning the chief of police's daughter and how you handled her"

"She provoked me first and I had to deal with her," she said.

"Well everyone says it was time she was taught a lesson, it seems she has been doing mean things to other people and no one could say anything cause of her father's status," Alex said.

"I guess she learnt her lesson then," Tatiana said without raising her head from her work.

"Her father has already called the office requesting for meeting with you saying he wants to apologize," Alex said.

"Why should he, it was his daughter who made the mistake, not him," she said.

"He wants to, so let him," she said.

"That is what exactly is the problem, if he keeps covering up for her she will never listen to it and learn from her mistakes," she said., "But call him and say I accept"

Rina was with her friends having fun when they stopped her to see social media post by Tatiana.

"I never meant to make Mr Smith or anyone at that party uncomfortable but because of some unruly people in society, I was forced to say what I said. I apologized but Mr Smith instead decided to apologize so I accepted his sincere apology"her friend read. "But it was him who made the mistake so it's still not right that he did it. For me to finally let this go, I need the person responsible to openly apologise"

"You in trouble," her friend said.

"People are commenting that you apologise instead of making your father do it for you" the other read.

Rina bit her lower lip in anger, "That woman is getting on my nerves"

"But you started it, if you had not locked her up then none of this would have happened," she said.

"I don't regret what I did, she was so perfect, laughing and carrying herself like a queen. All men and Jack just could not take their eyes off her. It made me so angry I wanted to teach her a lesson" she said.

Her friend giggled, "it seemed she taught you one instead"

"She will pay for what she did, " Rina said.

"After what she did you want to attack her again, are you crazy"

"I don't care but am going to destroy that perfect successful image of hers" Rina yelled walking out.
