Then we disappeared and appeared right at the library. This place was indeed a place they'd call forbidden massive library, it had billions of books in it, the shelves were uncountable and reached the top of the ceiling.
"Look at it over there" Tanya muttered pointing at a corner of the room, there was a hand sized blue crystal hidden and secured inside a glass, despite that it's glow still shone around the room.
I stared at the blue crystal, my heartbeat thumping more faster than I thought, the more I stared, the more my anxiety increased, I wanted to touch it.
My hands itched to touch this beautiful stone and I did just that. My fingers caressed the glass and the crystal seemed to glow more when I was very close to it.
Then I slowly slipped the glass off the crystal then I grabbed it and immediately I did, nothing happened!.
I stared back at Tanya questioningly, I was expecting those actions that do occur in movies, like when my fingers touch it, it'd grind into bluish little particles which would dissolve and enter my system but now back to reality, I still had the crystal in my hands here.
"Deep it into your pocket, it would dissolve with time, is a gradual process" Tanya said and placed another blue crystal stone similar to real one in my hands.
"That could make them think this is actually the real one, let's go back, first mission was a success" Tanya muttered happily then we teleported back to the room.
"From tomorrow morning, we would continue, there are certain things we need to learn some simple things which could be more beneficial in the future" Tanya muttered and before I could open my mouth to say anything else, she disappeared.
What a day!
I laid on the queen sized bed, finding it very difficult to close my eyes. My head was filled with queen Diana's seven husbands, I knew that even though I curried people to my side and make them trust me, I can't make my husbands trust me as well.
Well, let's see what we could do.
I close my eyes, finally succumbing to the goddess of sleep.
~~~~
"Announcing the arrival of his highness, the seventh prince and her highness, the seventh princess" A guard announced and bowed as I walked in but when his words registered itself inside my head, I turned around only to meet the most breathtaking man I've ever seen in my life.
The men in this god damned harem is enough to make any woman's knee weak.
"This is Constantine, ignore him" Tanya's voice echoed around my ears and I cleared my throat, regaining my composure before walking deeper into the hall.
"Greetings, Royal Father" Constantine said kneeling in front of the king who nodded, smiling at him.
"Get up my good son" The king replied.
Ohhhh, father, if only you know....
What your good son is planning to achieve by being the king of this empire.
"Greetings to Royal father" I muttered with a bow and the king nodded with a smile.
"I wonder who taught my seventh royal sister good manners" The 5th royal sister, Camille said with a smirk.
"Probably one of her concubines, you know, when they're on bed, in each other's arms" Martina, the first royal princess muttered with a chuckle.
I could hear laughter's and giggles from everyone present as they stared at me like I was the most tainted and disgusting creature in this world.
"Don't flaunt your stupidity to everyone 5th and 1st royal sister " I said, my body and mind still relaxed despite their alligations even though I wanted to yell.
Is not me!
Am not princess Diana!!
"How dare you insult me!!" Martina yelled.
"Oops, my bad" I muttered and a satisfied Expression crossed their face, they probably thought I was about to apologise but nope!
"I could've sworn I was dealing with an adult" I muttered shaking my head in pity.
Martina stood up from her seat, her face were now red, anger flashing across her face and I could tell that if I had my palm on her face right now, her face would be flaming hot.
"You evil wench!!, Aren't you ashamed, after throwing your dignity like thrash and sleeping around with men even the palace guards...."
"Remember that time you were saying that thing I didn't care about? Yeah, that is now"I muttered and she stared at me mutely, shock clearly written on her face.
I smiled triumphantly in return before walking towards the seat made for me, the seventh princess of ureyah empire.
"I called you all here because of the problem I have with the flood which had occurred at the Eastern part of ureyah, till now nothing has been done and a solution hasn't been found, if there was a way for the people to cross without sinking into the flood then I would be more than grateful " The king said and there was silence.
Camille stood up flinging her short hair backwards.
"I have a solution father"Camille started.
"We could appoint a guard who would be at the far end of the flood, when people are about to pass, the guard would transfer 1% of his mana to the people and they would be able to use it to fly safely over to the other side since the people don't have magic." Camille said, smiling triumphantly as she flickered her short hair backwards again before sitting down.
"You have an entire life to be an idiot. Why not take today off?" My tongue lashed before I could stop myself.
"You!!!" Camille yelled, enraged.
"Yes, the people don't have magic, including the guards theirselves, the only people who are previleged enough to have magic even till today is the members of each Royal family, do you expect mana to fall from the sky and enter into their being, secondly, even if the guards had Mana, using their Mana for things like this could endanger their life if they overuse it, they are not slaves you know... " I said before turning towards Camille.
"Can't believe you could be more disappointing than an unsalted pretzel"
