"You should get ready. Our wedding is tomorrow." He whispered and left the room without another word. Leaving Emily standing there.

　　"What did you hear?" Emily asked, struggling to remove her hand from his grasp but she couldn't.


　　Charleston couldn't believe his ear, did this woman just call him husband, he loved the sound of it in her mouth and he wanted to hear it again.


　　He pulled her closer and kissed her on the lips.


　　"I heard the boss fired her immediately she came back, that was why we didn't see her this morning," one of the maids said as she washed the dishes.


　　"I knew something was up, that Grace is always so full of herself trying to make us look like we are underneath her feet, I wish they fired her," the other maid said mopping the floor.


　　"They will very soon, she is getting too close to madam and I am sure the boss won't like that one bit."
