　　The doctor stared at Anna as he leaned into his seat, "and why would you want to do that Ma?"


　　"You see me and my husband have been trying to have a child for some while now, if I don't turn out pregnant this time around my in-laws would have me out of the house," Anna lied as she tried to fake tears. "Please you really need to help me, I was scared to go to our main hospital because they might find out about what I am about to do."


　　"We don't do such things here Ma," the doctor replied. "It's best if you try somewhere else."
