CHAPTER 26

　　"calm down mum, it's alright,"Elena said as she rubbed Ana's feet. It was almost like she was in labour but it wasn't time for her to give birth. She had been feeling unending pain for days but the doctor told them there was nothing to worry about.

　　"Here Ana, have these pills,"Jessica said as she handed the pills to Ana who took them."Take a deep breath, it'll be fine," she assured her.

　　Elena tucked her hair behind her ear as she watched her mum calm down after taking the pills. She took a blanket and tucked Ana in before giving her a peck on the forehead as Ana drifted to sleep.

　　"Thank you" she told Jessica."What was that by the way?"

　　"It was a pill Salish had bought while she was still working. It's a painkiller that works for anything and not to worry, it doesn't have any side effects," she said.
