"Miss Sol, someone from the parliament has requested a meeting time with you. Should I arrange the schedule for you?"
The woman called Miss Sol only snorted when she heard her subordinate's words. "He probably just wants to ask for my help again to support him," the woman said lazily. This traffic jam that trapped her car had put her in a bad mood. One of her fingers tapped the back of her seat at a constant pace before she finally answered his question correctly.
"Just prepare the VVIP room at Heavenly Knight. Tomorrow at seven in the evening. Tell him that I will not tolerate any lateness."
Heavenly Knight was one of the elite nightclubs she was responsible for. She was used to meeting important people there, and the parliament members who tried to meet with him were no exception.
"I understand."
Sol's gaze returned to the outside after he answered her subordinate's question. Traces of longing were visible in her lazy-looking eyes while she fully flushed lips were tightly pursed in a straight line. If someone saw it, they would probably think the beautiful woman had lost something in her life.
The woman continued to maintain that position until she suddenly woke up from her lazy sitting position.
"Miss Sol!?"
Sol ignored the surprised expressions of her men when she suddenly got out of the car she had been riding in all this time. Her beautiful eyes began to fill with tears when she saw a familiar figure from a distance.
Although the figure was currently wearing modern clothes and looked slightly different from the man Sol remembered, the momentum and presence of the figure remained the same as the last time Sol saw it. The woman subconsciously started running, even if she had to break through the road and the people blocking her way.
But unfortunately, Sol was too late to realize the figure's existence. She was still tens of meters away from the figure when the figure had already gotten into the car together with a foreign girl. Sol seemed to lose herself for a while until the panicked-sounding voice of her men reached her ears.
"Miss Sol! You scared me by suddenly getting out of the car like that."
Sol stared at the departure of the figure she knew with a sad gaze. However, her strong gaze returned not long after as she turned to look at her men seriously.
"Tiki, I want you to have someone look for the owner of the car with license plate 250-765. Tell them that I want the results as soon as possible."
Although Tiki was puzzled by Sol's unusual attitude, nonetheless, the man quickly jotted down the number in his cell phone before sending it to someone who could help him track someone down. After finishing, Tiki's gaze returned to Sol, who no longer spoke after that. Tiki never thought that his superior, who had a cold expression almost all the time, could also cry over something.
"Miss Sol ...."
"Tiki, I saw our Alpha earlier. The Alpha that we have been searching for with all our strength, I actually saw her enter someone's car earlier."
This time, Tiki froze too when he heard Sol's words. Just like the woman, tears began to well up in Tiki's eyes without the man being able to hold them back. The two of them cried by the roadside, not caring about the strange looks people gave them.
"Alpha ... We, we have to tell this news to the others immediately."
Sol gave a small nod. The news that they had found the whereabouts of their alpha would definitely be the most exciting news they could have in decades. Sol took a deep breath, then tried to stop the tears that were still coming out of his eyes.
"Yes. Let's tell the others about this news," the woman said with a small smile.

Elsewhere, Ullric smiled slightly as he pulled the sleeping Lulla to rest comfortably on his shoulders. Since Lulla's body was not as strong as a typical werewolf, the girl must have been weak after taking her for a walk from morning to evening.
Not long after they entered the car, Lulla immediately fell silent and slowly fell asleep. Ullric knew that sleeping in the car must be uncomfortable. So carefully, the man searched for a comfortable position for Lulla and then ordered the driver to swallow the speed of their vehicle.
Along the way, Ullric's eyes were constantly drawn to the beautiful scenery in front of him. When the afternoon sunlight hit Lulla's sleeping face, it made his mate's face look so soft and magical. But when Ullric realized Lulla might be uncomfortable with the sunlight hitting her face, the man immediately used his old clothes to partially cover Lulla's face. A small chuckle involuntarily escaped Ullric's lips when he saw that Lulla, who should be taller than ordinary humans and werewolves, looked so small when compared to her large body.
Since the person in charge of driving them back already knew about the news that the two were a fated pair, the driver did not protest at all, even if Ullric rubbed Lulla's sleeping face in his arms. For a moment, the driver even felt surprised when he saw a werewolf with as much momentum as Ullric could act so gently when he was with his dead. The scenery in the backseat looked so beautiful that the driver couldn't help but roll his eyes and occasionally look at the backseat through the glass in the car.
"Please just focus on the road ahead of you. Then, proceed carefully so as not to wake Lulla."
Although Ullric's eyes were always on Lulla, the man could still notice that the driver who picked them up would occasionally steal a glance at them. Ullric didn't really like someone looking at Lulla's sweet sleeping face. So even though he spoke in a calm and polite voice, Ullric still sneaked some emphasis into his words.
However, that little emphasis felt like an absolute command to the other werewolf listening to Ullric's orders. The driver's hair began to stand up as if the man who had just spoken to him was an absolute figure that he could not argue. After being informed by Ullric, the driver no longer dared to steal a glance at the back seat. His eyes were focused on the road, while his mouth was tightly clenched.
After the atmosphere had calmed down, Ullric's attention was once again focused only on looking at Lulla's sleeping face. A small smile returned to his face as he managed to steal a kiss on the dead man's forehead.
"Sleep well, min gudinne," Ullric whispered in a soft voice.
