5). A SURPRISE PLAN.

Rebecca hoped down to the Pharmacy to get a new oxygen tube for Ian. She drew out some money and waited in the line tapping her feet. Few moments passed and finally she was able to come to the counter.

"One tube please," she said showing the description.

The pharmacist, nodding at her, then vanished into the other door. Rebecca waited, laying her one arm on the counter. The pharmacist returned and handed her a new fresh pack of tubes. "Thanks alot," she said. She was about to turn when suddenly she found herself bumped into someone. "Oh sorry !" She said unexpectedly.

"No problem," said a familiar voice.

Rebecca raised her head and saw James standing and grinning at her, his hands surrounding her arms. Rebecca pulled away gently, tucking her hair behind her ear.

"Hi," James said, giving her a gentle nod.

"Hey, what's up ?" Rebecca said.

"Nothing just roaming here. What's up with you ? Are you ok ?" He asked, pointing at the tube packet in her hand.

"What ? Oh! Uh, nothing. It's for Ian." She said, quickly catching a grip over herself.

"Ian ? Why what's wrong ?" He frowned in surprise

Rebecca clutched tha pack tightly in her hand. "Nothing serious. Just got in a little bit of an accident." She said, nodding at him.

"Oh," James clenched his jaws together. "Is she ok now ? Poor Ian."

Rebecca nodded again, taking a few steps forward. "Yeah, she's good. I mean, she's doing a lot better. Thanks for asking though."

James beamed at her then, began walking with her too slowly. "Don't mention it. I might have some soft spots somewhere here." He pointed at his heart that Rebecca couldn't keep herself away from grinning. She kept her pace steady and was surprised to find that he was following her. At first she was alarmed by his presence as she heard from the boys what type of a guy he was. But he appeared gentle and casual in front of her.

"I was thinking," she began and he looked up at her eagerly. "Why are you here?" Rebecca asked. "Were you following me ?"

James looked puzzled at the sudden change of topic. "No, definitely not. I came here to get my sister's medicine. She's leaving for abroad tomorrow." He said, showing her a shopper for medicines.

"Oh! Where is she going ?" She asked, brushing her face with embarrassment. It was so awkward to hit him with that question. She thought.

"Paris," James answered quickly without taking a sec for a reply.

Rebecca nodded again. "And you have only one sister?"

It was his turn to nod. "Yup. Elder sister actually. I'm the baby brother!"

Rebecca chuckled. "Is that what you think of yourself? Baby brother?"

James scoffed softly. "Not exactly, that's my sister, Julia. She prefers to call me baby brother instead of my own name."

"Cute!" Rebecca smiled at him.

"You find it cute?" James looked surprisingly at her.

Rebecca paused in her tracks. "Is it not?"

James rolled his eyes playfully. "It's definitely not for teen age. I'm all grown up!"

"Well, you see the thing is," Rebecca came in front of him. " Elder sister usually sees her younger siblings as kids. No matter how much they grow up."

"Oh really? That came from experience." James raised his brows at her.

Rebecca grinned slightly. "Somehow, yes."

"Huh! So you're the older one too. Among your siblings." He asked, crossing his arms

"Yup. That's what I am." Rebecca shrugged her shoulders.

They reached the stairs to go up. Ian's ward was on the 2nd floor and they were on the first one. She took a step forward and started climbing with James at her heels. He ducked his hands in his jeans pockets, whistling softly behind her. Rebecca looked quite a pretty girl to him. He knew he was the flirty person, boosting all around, gathering the admiring girls around him but Rebecca looked different from them. His eyes kept running towards her. He didn't realize that he was smiling absentmindedly until Rebecca asked him.

"Why the smile ? Something special ?"

"No, no! I am just happy for the game to come tomorrow." He said, turning the subject away.

"Oh, right! The football match." She said,

"Yeah. Will you come and watch ?"

Rebecca thought for a moment, counting how many days she got left for the match to come. She was worried for Ian, not being well enough to go with them. She had made up her mind that if Ian was not able to go then she would gladly stay back with her.

"Yes ?" James asked again.

"When is this game of yours ?" Rebecca asked, thinking hard.

"Next week. Saturday night at 6 sharp." He said. Saturday! That was 6 days away. Ian would be able to go. She might get that fit.

"I will see if I can come," she said kindly. James grinned, pounding his fist on the railing of the stairs.

"Well, your friends are also playing. Braddin's team," he remarked.

Rebecca turned sharply at Braddin's name. She didn't know that there was a match. The boys didn't tell her.

"Braddin's ? And you are.... ?" She asked

"Ah ! Don't worry. We are on the same team. Obviously, we went to the same school so the same team." He laughed. Rebecca relaxed down on hearing this. Feeling that Braddin's team had begun heating things up, she decided to change the topic.

"So, what are your hobbies, James....?"

"Solomon. James Solomon." He said.

"Right...My name is...."

James cut her in the middle of her introductory sentence "I know. You are Rebecca. I heard your name Friday at the parking lot. Ethan called you by your name." He said.

Rebecca laughed, pushing back her long straight hair back to pink. "Yeah, keen observer you are." She complimented me.

"From the beginning," he added.

By that time, they had reached the 2nd floor. Tia was sitting drinking coffee on the couch outside Ian's ward and Braddin was roaming talking on his phone. James ceased his forehead but did not hesitate to come with her towards them.

"Hi," Rebecca said to Tia.

"Hey, you bought it ?" She asked, taking a sip.

"Yup. I did." Rebecca handed the pack to her and Tia got up to get in the ward.

"Hi James," Tia said, when she saw him.

She raised her eyebrows looking at the sight of him. His shirt tucked in, his sleeves rolled up to his elbow and shirt buttoned up to his chest revealing his bare chest. "Hello Tia. How are you doing ?" He greeted, in a friendly manner.

"All well. Just you know the baby sitting sometimes." She joked, shrugging her shoulders.

"Ask Ian from me," he said, with a smile. "I hope she gets better soon."

"Ian's asleep right now. But I will tell her. Do you wanna meet her?" Tia asked.

James turned back to see Braddin approaching them. He chose to ignore his stare behind his back. "It's ok. I didn't even know about Ian till right now. Rebecca filled me in about her."

Tia nodded. "I see. Well, I'll tell Ian about you. No biggie."

James smiled. "Thanks. That would be nice. I'll catch up with her in school later."

Braddin approached the trio and stood facing James. "Hey man, what brought you here ?" He asked, putting back his phone in his pocket.

"Just roaming," James said, quietly.

"Roaming?" Braddin asked, puzzled by him.

"Actually, he came by to get some medicine for his sister. Nothing to worry about." Rebecca chimed in.

"Hmm, I see." Braddin said, his eyebrows parting slowly

"I heard your little friend got in an accident." James said, leaning against the railing.

"Indeed. And she's doing fine. So no need to worry." Braddin snapped, crossing his arms across his chest.

James chuckled. "I see the Captain is not in a good mood then."

Braddin copied, blinking at him. "Not exactly, but since you mentioned, you can make sure the rest of the team is on the field Monday morning." Braddin ordered.

"Oh, I certainly will." James eyed the ward.

"My mates will be there. If you're not, I will personally talk to the coach about it."

James pushed himself from the railing and stepped forward Braddin smirking at him

"Is that a threat, Captain ?" He whispered.

"Take that as whatever you wish. On the field Monday morning." Braddin said.

James flashed a crooked smile. The corner of his mouth twitched upwards then he stepped back giving him a stiff nod. "I will see you soon," he said to Rebecca who was standing staring at the two boys bewildered. James gave one last look at Braddin then turned and walked away.

"You two are on the same team but behave as though you both are on a rival team." Rebecca said.

"He's a jerk." Braddin grumbled, folding his arms across his chest.

"Maybe, but he was nice to me." She said, rolling her eyes.

"Have you ever met him ? " Braddin asked, making a face.

Rebecca nodded. "Yup! Just right now." Braddin gave her a poker face. "Really Reb? I meant to say properly?"

"I will! If you'll give me a chance." She sighed heavily.

Braddin scratched his hair. "You might wanna be careful around him. He's a jackass!"

"How come?"

Braddin shrugged. "I don't know. He's annoying. He likes to compete in everything. He's a jealous guy, who always gets on my nerves!"

Rebecca laughed. "Now's who's talking annoyingly. Just because he competes and gets jealous, doesn't mean he's actually a jackass."

Braddin flashed her another poker face, before opening the door of the ward and allowing Rebecca to head in first.

Later that night, Tia, Rebecca, Ash and Skyler were all gathering around Ian's bed having fun. Tia was helping Ian, gulping down her soup while Ash sat beside Ian, showing her recent selfies and all the operating things she learnt from Rebecca. Skyler was sitting on the couch making fun of everyone while Rebecca was sitting in the corner, penning down her homework.

"One more, open ! Open ! Open!" She said spooning to her.

Ian opened her mouth and Tia spooned it. "Great. You are done. Nice and easy does the trick." She said happily.

Ash drew out the hanky and wiped Ian's mouth. "Thanks," Ian said.

"No problem, silly!" Ash thumped at her gently.

Braddin had mend Ian's glasses and when she woke up, she was able to wear them. Now she was seeing things clearly and it also relieved her head which was throbbing in pain when she last woke up.

"See, how do I look ?" Ash asked, showing her new selfie wearing a purple dress.

"Spectacular !" Ian said.

"Really ? Awww...I love you !" Ash said with a sudden glee.

"Hey, witchy. How much do you have left ?" Skyler asked, making both Ash and Ian laugh.

"Witchy ! That's the marvelous job you have ever done." Ash said, clapping Skyler on his back.

"I am the Witchy then what to call you ? Rebecca joked, happy to see Ian was enjoying it too.

"Call me The Great Skyler!" As always,he boosted up his collar and winked at Ian.

"Great Skyler ! Doesn't even sound good for your shoes." Tia teased.

Skyler grinned, brushing his head. "Ian, tell them. Am I great? You tell them." He pointed.

"Hey, don't pull me !" Ian surrenders, raising her one free arm. The other was locked in her arm sling.

"How about...." Rebecca said, tapping her pen on her chin thinking hard. "Skirt ....skitty....shirley...shirley...sheeli. No wait ! How about SHEELA!" The others laughed out loudly including Ian.

"That's cheating...that doesn't even match my name !" Skyler boomed.

"Witchy...does that match mine ?" Rebecca sneered.

"You look like one." Skyler objected to his protest.

"Sheela. It's done now. I will call you Sheela!" Rebecca joked teasing him to the extreme point.

"Sheela! What a name !" Tia laughed, unable to stop herself. Ash and Ian were laughing separately clapping their hands in highfive.

"Do your homework !" Skyler said hotly.

"Ok. As you wish SHEELA !" Rebecca mocked him.

Ian also laughed but then, she coughed slightly. Looking at Ian in pain, Rebecca leaped forward getting up to smoothen her. Ash was already thumping her back gently and Ian got normal. "Ok ?" Ash asked and Ian nodded.

Rebecca sighed, stepping backward to sit but suddenly there was a thudding sound and in a few seconds everyone found Rebecca on the floor.

"Sorry. What you said, my name was ?" Skyler smirked.

He had pulled away the chair when Rebecca was going to sit. Everyone laughed again. Skyler grinned evilly at her.

"You Sheela Baboon !" Rebecca scowled and jumped up. She seized the small pastry on the food tray and slammed it against Skyler's face.

"Hawwww !" Tia exclaimed, her eyes widened.

"What the devil !" Skyler groaned, rubbing the cream from his eyes.

He got up and pulled her ponytail enough to tease her. "Hey !" Rebecca squealed, grabbing his hairs and pulling them. Skyler too seized Rebecca's ears and began pulling it, saying angry bad words to each other.

"Guys stop ! This is a hospital." Tia called but no one took any notice. Ash wanted to call them out but Ian stopped them both laughed out loud

"Sheela and Witchy. Quite an entertainment !" Ian said sneering

The sun had sunk low, Braddin appeared with Ethan and Roy. Ian was taking a nap, her head lolloped on the side ways of the pillow. Tia was sitting by her bed and Rebecca was helping Ash with her homework. The arrival of the boys alerted them, which made Ian wake up. Skyler was stretching on the couch, the collar of his shirt stained and wet with cream and water.

"Hi all," Roy said, raising his hand.

"Hi !" Ash said with a wide grin spreading her face but then realizing she wasn't alone, her grin turned into a smile.

"How's our little player?" Ethan asked jokingly, spreading his hand for Ian to shake.

"Much better. Just try and get me out of here." Ian smiled.

"You will be as soon as the doctor checks you. And how did it go with your mom?" Roy asked with a teasing grin.

Ian rolled her eyes and sighed. "Oh, don't mention that!"

"Did you get grounded?" Roy grinned widely.

"I would have, if she was in town. I'm lucky, I got snuck out." Ian chuckled.

"What did you tell?" He asked, grabbing a biscuit and enjoying himself.

Ian paused. "Pretty much everything, except about being beaten like this. I said I had an accident and my friends are here to take care of me."

"Sweet as! " He winked at her

"Woah! Kate's calling..." Braddin said, checking his phone. "Go talk to her," Roy said.

Braddin waited looking at Ian then smiled gently. "I am sorry. I told Kate about you. She wants to come and see you." He said.

"No problem. It's ok " Ian gave him a thumbs up. Braddin clicked his phone on and got up to get out of the room.

"Oh, by the way !" He said suddenly poking his head out holding the door. "I told her you had an accident. Make something like that."

"Just like what I said to mom!" Ian laid back, her arm aching a little in her arm sling. The only thing that was troubling her was the sling. The neck and back seemed like they were stretched like a dry tree trunk. Rebecca went again busy in helping Ash teaching her the mathematical problems. Few minutes laters they heard someone talking outside. The voices began to get closer and louder. They all waited, their eyes fixed on the door. Clicked! The handle on the door turned and Kate walked in opening the door.

"Hi all," she said happily, stepping in.

"Hi," they answered in a chorus.

Ethan got up and moved to the side allowing Kate to make her move towards Ian.

"Ian, how are you doing ? " She asked impatiently, spreading her arms wide and hugging her.

"I am good. You tell me. How are you doing?" Ian asked.

"Absolutely fine. What happened to you ? How did you get in this mess ?" Kate asked, sitting at the side of the bed.

Tia was looking at Kate and then at Ian. Kate was only concentrating on Ian as though she was the only one in the room.

"I....emmmm....a car hit my bi-cycle. And I fell. Totally messed up." Ian said, trying to make that lie hard.

"Oh you poor thing ! Get well soon." She gave her an awkward hug. Ian flashed a thankful smile.

"Do you want some ?" Tia asked Kate, holding out some chocolates.

Kate didn't look at her but shook her head. Feeling a little bit odd, Tia drew back her hand. The door creaked open and Braddin came in. There were a total of nine people in the room. There wasn't enough space for everyone to sit.

Roy sensed that. If only their group were present, it would not be a headache but now when Kate was there, he could sense the others were getting uncomfortable. He silently shifted at Ash's side crouching low to the level of her own. "Are you done studying ?" He whispered.

"Yeah. Somehow." Ash said. "What's up?"

Rebecca had also stopped teaching her when Kate walked in.

"It's getting crowded. Come with me outside." Roy said practically requesting her.

Rebecca beamed, slowly stretching the books and the pair of copies towards herself. Ash glanced at her and she signaled her to go. Roy stood calmly for her to come.

"Yeah. I'm coming." She said, dumping all her things on Rebecca's laps and getting up.

Ian and Kate turned to look at them. Roy held Ash's hand, stepping forward.

"We will be right back.", Ash excused then quietly followed Roy outside. Braddin sat down, at Roy's vacant place.

"Roy and Ash. They both looked so happy together." Kate said.

"Yeah." Braddin said only one word. He was not sure about them.

"I have seen them together oftenly. They might make a cute couple." Kate said.

"Do you follow them ?" Ethan asked unexpectedly.

"No. Why should I ? I have just seen them." Kate replied then rapidly turned at Ian. " Are you taking your pain meds ?" Ian nodded showing the IV inserted into her catheter.

"You are so skinny Ian, you should take care of yourself."

Ian smiled but chose not to say anything. Kate brushed her hand on the arm sling and turned towards Tia.

"You are at the job of taking care of Ian ?" She asked, placing her hand on Tia's kindly and smiling at her.

"Uh ! No, we divide the turns." Tia said confidently.

"Pretty. Must have been very tough to manage day and night."

Tia shook her head. "No never. It's never a burden to take care of your friends." Tia snapped winking at Ian. Listening to this from Tia made Ian happy. She was also thinking the same about being the burden but then hearing this from Tia, Ian felt very light headed. Kate was still talking to Tia and Ash with Skyler and Ethan having funny chats with only Tia, Ian, Rebecca and Braddin sat in between also.

"You don't like swings ? I remember, when we were kids, we used to play a lot. Braddin kept pushing me higher and higher until I screamed at the top of my voice." Kate said, laughing out loud. Braddin chuckled, his face turning into a funny one.

"I didn't say I don't like it. I just got vertigo." Rebecca said.

"Sure you do. Then you must have avoided it. I heard, you and Ian were going to get your names on the soccer team ?" Kate asked, pushing back her curly brown hair.

Rebecca nodded. "Yeah. I guess so. " She said.

"I love playing cricket and football. Braddin asks your couch if he can test me. My elder brothers are always here to coach me !"

Skyler made a funny face when she mentioned about her brother making Ian and Tia giggled. "It's for responsible ones. You have to be quite normal to play."

"What do you mean by that?" Kate snapped.

Skyler quickly turned towards Ethan. "You know what I mean man."

Ethan looked confused at first but managed to regain himself. "Of course! Of course! "

"How many brothers have you got ?" Tia asked, trying to divert Kate's mind.

"Four older brothers. I am the last one. The only sister and a girl." Kate said proudly, raising her eyebrows. Ian copied her, raising her eyebrows but did not succeed. Tia grinned looking at Ian.

"I really miss the old day with Braddin. Playing chatting.. studying roaming around the neighborhood without any care." Kate said with little agony of missing her childhood.

"Time changes, sister. Time changes," Ethan jokes, sounding very polite. Surely no one was enjoying having company with her. Kate shook her head in annoyment.

Late at night, the friends were having a very deep secret conversation including Kate. Braddin thought she might help them. Rebecca had remembered, her memory triggered when she glanced at the file when Kate was there to meet Ian. And that was IAN'S BIRTHDAY. James mentioned the soccer match was on Saturday and she saw the date of birth. It was on Friday. The day before the match ! And the same day Ian was able to get discharged

Rebecca wanted to give Ian a surprise and every possible thing she could do for her. Ian was her bestie and she knew Ian had recently suffered a lot of pain. She loved making others happy on their birthdays. And for that, when Kate came after, she gathered everyone around her for a serious Press Conference. She told them the upcoming event and all agreed to help her. Being the leader, Rebecca charged everyone with their own duties. Skyler was very much eager to help her just for Ian, otherwise he would find reason just to annoy her. It was beginning to become his favorite hobby.

When the nurse came to put Ian to sleep by injecting her, Tia and Braddin stayed by her according to the mastermind's plan. The others were on their working business.

"Are you cold ?" Braddin asked shifting close to Ian making her comfortable.

"No, I am fine." Ian said trying to get herself into the sheet but her arm was still in the sling disturbing her.

"Let me help you." He said and tucked her inside gently. "Here ! Cozy ?"

Ian nodded, pushing herself to keep up with him. The drowsiness was now showing its effect.

"You better get some rest. Tomorrow you will be discharged. Free to go home." He said.

Ian gave him a weak smile. Tia appeared and sat down taking a chair next to the bed. She adjusted Ian's pillow and then helped her to lay down. Braddin passed a water glass to her helping her to drink it and sat down.

"You know, you can head back home if you want. I'm ok being on my own." Ian mumbled through her drowsiness.

Braddin smiled. "Don't worry about us. Take some rest."

"I'm serious." Ian tried to fight back.

"So am I buddy. The more you rest, the faster you'll heal." He said, assuring her.

Ian sighed. "I'm sorry for keeping you guys held up. I never meant that."

Braddin made a funny face. "Shut up and take some sleep. Idiot!"

Grinning slightly, Ian laid back and closed her eyes. She was happy that she'd be able to go home tomorrow.

Finally the day had arrived. It was Ian's birthday. Tia and Braddin were there with her to bring her home. Rebecca had fiercely ordered everyone not to wish Ian or mention anything to her. She must not know that they knew about her birthday. Over there, at Ian's house, Rebecca, Ash, Roy, Ethan and Skyler were busy decorating the lounge. They bought colorful ribbons, bunties and balloons Skyler and Ethan were in charge of bringing the decorating things. Ash, Rebecca and Roy were busy in cake ordering, buying gifts and then decorating the whole house..

"I thought Kate was supposed to be here with us? Ian will be arriving any minute now. Where is she?" Roy asked, holding the stool on which Rebecca was standing.

"Forget about her. She's not coming !" Ash snapped. "I did her part of the work."

"Leave it guys. Concentrate on what's going on !" Rebecca said getting down and seizing another balloon.

"Braddin shouldn't have invited her. I don't like her. She's so bossy!" Ash muttered angrily.

Rebecca nodded. "Yeah, but let it go. She's Braddin's childhood friend. I think we could respect that, for him."

Roy followed her and then placed the stool holding it for her, just as Rebecca leaped to stick another balloon. His eyes locked on Ash. She looked so beautiful to him while working that he almost forgot about Rebecca and the stool twitched a little.

"ROY !" Rebecca yelled, bringing back to his senses .

"Sorry. Sorry." He said, turning pink. He quickly tore his eyes away from her and forced himself to help Rebecca. The doorbell rang. Ash went to get it. Few seconds later she came in followed by Kate.

"What took you so long !" Roy asked wiping his sweat

"Sorry. Been Busy." Kate said flatly, almost like she never cared.

Ash shot her an angry look to which Roy raised his hand to calm her down.

Braddin and Tia arrived, stepping down from the car with a happy Ian. Her bandages were taken off. Only a small patch at her forehead and her arm in the sling. They walked the house. Ian raised her arm to unlock the door but Tia opened it and grinned at her. "After you!" She gestured for her to go in.

"How did you get my keys? I only gave them to Rebecca." Ian said confusedly.

"I might have taken it from her." She rolled her eyes.

Ian looked confused, pouting her mouth to make an O without sound, but then stepped in. They walked in the dark living room. Ian had barely reached the middle of the lounge when she noticed a piece of balloon on the floor. Pulling her eyebrows together she moved towards it but just then there was a loud chorus of six people screaming from behind the table.

SURPRISE !!! SURPRISE !!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, IAN !!!!

The chorus was so loud that Ian jumped on Tia in fear but then saw both Tia and Braddin laughing at her. The lights turned on and Rebecca, Ash, Skyler, Ethan, Roy and Kate emerged from behind the table singing the happy birthday song and clapping loudly enough to tear someone's ear drum.

Ian was spellbound at first not knowing what to do but then realized that they were singing and dancing for her. It was her birthday. Her very first birthday with them. Ian grinned and laughed as her friends came close to her and led her to the table. Ash took the cover off the cake and Ian gasped in excitement. It was a very large guitar shaped chocolate cake with hundreds of candles stuck up in between.

"Woow! This is amazing. How did you guys know?" Ian asked with happiness.

"Ask her. She's our Nancy Drew!" Ethan joked to gain Rebecca's grin.

"You actually did this." Ian looked up at her.

"I have my ways, silly." Rebecca pushed back her blond hair in a perfect style.

"Light them up !" Kate ordered, holding out the cake. Ash came forward and lit them. Skyler helped her because there were so many. Rebecca and Ethan pushed Ian forward.

"Go on, Ian. Cut the cake." Ethan said, beaming at her.

"Is it really mine ?" Ian asked innocently making all of them laugh

"Of Course it's yours. It's your birthday. We are celebrating it !" Ash said. " Now go on, cut it."

Ian took the knife with trembling hands. She had never expected this type of huge birthday party from someone. No one had ever celebrated her birthday like this before in the past five years and now having this, Ian felt she was the luckiest person in the whole world.

Indeed if God had taken someone closest from her, HE had blessed her with these naughty besties. They all sang the birthday song and clapped loudly. Ian bent down to blow the candles but there were so many the girls huddled close together and blew it with Ian.

"Gifts time !" Kate said, running forward and bringing a tray filled with gifts. Ian looked in excitement. Too excited like a small child to open them.

"Quickly open them. Took a great deal buying it and decorating everything at the house." Kate boosted.

"You did this ?" Ian asked bewildered.

"She helped." Ash interfered hotly knowing Kate just arrived 5 mins before and was pretending like she did all the work. "She just…"

"Okay Ash. We got it!" Roy nudged her in the side of her ribs, earning a death glare from her.

Ian ripped opened the presents. Her one arm was still in the sling so Ash and Rebecca helped her up. Tia had gifted Ian a new Tom and Jerry shirt. Braddin gave her a XBox game. Rebecca gave her a hand made scrap book filled with pictures, which Ian loved the most. Ash, gifted her a bracelet and a pair of sneakers. Skyler gave Ian a cricket bat.

Ethan and Roy gifted her a big and original fine Piano, except for Kate who only came here to boost and have a fine lunch with them. Ash went red hot again when she didn't even contribute for the bill to pay. Roy and Rebecca had to grab her before she could ruin anything in her anger. Ian huddled all her gifts closely with herself.

"I don't know how to thank you." Ian said, clutching all the gifts to herself like she'd never give it away to anyone. "This is the best birthday I ever had. Thank you so much."

"We love you. You should know that." Ash said, hugging her.

"And we want you to be happy." Rebecca said, hugging her too.

"Thank you so much guys. Always love you. My family." Ian said with a cozy group hug.
