Krein stood in front of the emerald door for quite a while until a mouth appeared on it, urging her:
"Hey, are you coming in or not?"
She stared at the mouth in surprise, her face's hesitation and unease momentarily vanishing as she apologized and then pushed the door open to enter the hall.
She looked up but didn't see Tasi in the tavern, and her heart relaxed.
There was a fat rat on the counter, dancing around a half-empty glass with quite a comical grace. Usually, she would have been amused by the rat.
In the glass, there was still a small amount of a rather nasty-looking liquid, surrounded by disgusting froth that was particularly jarring on the clean and tidy surface.
"You're here," Lin Ge smiled at the Sanctuary Knight who had approached the bar, "The matter with Tasi has been settled by my friend; she'll be here today. Just wait in the tavern for a while."
