"Awen, do you want to leave the Underwater Church?" Lin Ge asked.
"I do," Awen replied, "I want to see more places, but I'm very scared..." She lay down on the bar, shrinking her body slightly.
"Scared of what?"
"I'm too weak. If someone discovers my tracks, I'll definitely be eliminated."
"How about going to the uninhabited wilderness? Through our place here, you can travel to the wild waters far from towns, so you don't have to stay in the cold, dark depths. I'll give you a membership card so you can come back here anytime."
"Okay, then after you finish business today... I won't go back there."
Awen finished her drink, hopped off the bar, and lay down at a table to watch TV.
Lin Ge glanced at the spot on the bar where she'd lain; it was damp with water. He raised his hand and summoned a cloth from the side, which moved on its own to wipe away the droplets that had fallen from Awen.
A few minutes later, the bar was clean and shining under the lights.
