296 Wild Your Third Brother, Lizardmen Nemesis_1

The Lizardman leading the way glanced around the hall before swiftly locking his gaze on Fawn in the corner, and with a cold chuckle, he sauntered toward the nook.

"Gentlemen Lizardmen, may I ask if you're here to drink or to stay?" the adorable catgirl asked sweetly, blocking their path with a radiant smile.

"Neither to drink nor to stay."

"Then you are here to..."

"Find someone. Step aside if you don't want to get hurt. I've no desire to bully a cute little kitty," the leader hissed, flicking his forked tongue out like a snake as he threatened.

The catgirl's face showed fear, but she summoned her bravery and said, "Please, no troublemaking in the shop, or I will call the guard over."

The three Lizardmen paused but surprisingly did not get angry. Instead, they burst into laughter.

The leader said, "Ha-ha, little kitty, even the Royal Guard of your capital city wouldn't dare to cross us, let alone the third-rate guards of this remote town."
