Sanny plunked himself down next to Fawn, his large eyes brimming with tears.
Lin Ge asked indifferently, "Did our guest find his cousin?"
"Found him!"
Sanny's fists struck down hard on the bar, his eyes bulging with rage.
"His flesh was hung up on the walls to dry, a leg in this house, a slice of rump meat in another, scattered all over the village. Cousin! It's my fault for being too late, I am sorry!"
"Did you take revenge on those villagers?" Lin Ge asked with some concern.
Sanny shook his head vigorously.
"Although I really wanted to, I knew those frail villagers couldn't possibly have killed my cousin. It must have been someone they hired.
If I had laid hands on those villagers, I would've been unable to enter the town to track down the murderer's information. So, I have to restrain myself until I find the true culprit."
Lin Ge let out a sigh of relief and poured Sanny a beer, adding a few magic ice cubes to it.
