Chapter 70

Kelly's head swung to look at her, realizing that it affected her as well.

He couldn't stand to see her hurting, knowing that he could stop it.

He wasn't a man to give in easily, but Isla was at risk and he wouldn't allow that, and neither would his wolf.

They came to an agreement.

The wolf backed off, but remained close enough to the surface that his eyes glowed slightly.

He stood there, staring at Harry, daring him to try anything else.

Landon and Casper followed close after, although Kelly knew it went against everything they believed in.

He looked over at Isla and saw the panic in her eyes.

She would have to shift, and he would know where she was.

There was still a high chance that he didn't know where she was, but there was no way to hide it from him now.

"That one needs to shift as well," Harry snapped, motioning to her.

Kelly came to her defense.
