The soldiers nodded and bowed low before spinning to face the main door. 

It began to lift at an agonizing pace, groaning against the strain of the chains pulling it off the ground. 

Mikel had no idea what he would been expecting, but it wasn't what was revealed by the door.

Isla stood there, appearing terrible small in the huge arena.

  Her eyes darted around the arena, fear radiating from her.

  The worst part was that she had a muzzle wrapped around her face, and Mikel could see the blood dripping down her neck and soaking into the collar of her shirt, as if the muzzle had cut her.

"You are sure it will work?" Mikel heard Harry ask his wife.

"Yes," the queen snapped.
