"Kelly!" she called, rushing into the woods.
"Kelly, are you here?" The question was redundant.
She knew he was here, she could smell him, that wonderful musky scent that belonged to him and only him.
She rushed through the trees, sensing she was getting close to him, when all of a sudden, she found him.
She froze, staring around at the clearing before her.
There were flowers, everywhere.
All colors and sizes, filling the area with an almost overwhelming floral smell.
In the middle of all the blooms stood Kelly.
Her gaze focused on him, standing there like a statue.
His entire body was tense, but he was still looking at her, which was promising.
She hesitated but then stepped toward him.
He didn't move, his gaze unwavering.
She looked him up and down, completely unsure of herself.
She knew that was ridiculous, this was Kelly, the man she loved.
