Chapter 31: Double Detention (2)

"Today we'll talk about Success, unlike everyone else you all chose to be failures, unsuccessful useless brats with...." she went on and on yelling at the deliquent kids who she knew would still continue with their respective shanangains.

"What method is insulting is not gonna help anyways" a boy asked.

"If you must know I'm teaching you the errors of our mistakes would you like me to continue with last week's subject it's called reading your subconsciousness, I wrote it myself it....

"No" the whole class yelled in unison.

If Mrs Wilson was going to give a big speech about subconsciousness she'd have to do it when they wake up from her lack of enthusiasm. Besides none of them wanted to listen to her anyways.

"Well well, where are my manners class we have a new deliquent she's Olivia...

"Last name doesn't matter" she said quickly.

"Well Olivia last name doesn't matter welcome to this hellish place, have a seat how do welcome her?" she said silently laughing at her not so funny joke.

"Welcome to hell, your seat is right there" a kid said pointing at the seat really close to the window.

"That's the spirit" she said retrieving a book from her bag.

"And I guess that makes her the devil" Olivia said silently hoping she had not heard her sassy remark.

Dave chuckled slightly at her rather foolish remark and almost immediately the whole class chipped in. Mrs Wilson stood still slightly offended but smiled anyways, she was probably used to these remarks.

She looked at the class that was slightly quiet and as she noticed the students were looking at her, she looked at them in return but quickly grew tired.

"What?" she asked now slightly confused.

"Nothing" They said in unison.

*****************************

The whole detention stuff wasn't as bad as she thought besides the constant rude remarks and the paper bandits (people who threw paper balls at other people).

Since she was new here she was still oblivious to their stupid tradition and for now choose to call it child's play. Mrs Wilson eventually gave up on the deliquents as she went back to her unattended book.

Dave looked at Olivia and slid a paper to her

~What about the imposter?

Olivia looked at him for a minute as she threw a paper containing her reply.

~As soon as this hell house is over we'll go find him.

Dave looked at her and nodded as he looked at the floor thinking of something that was probably not her business.

***************************

After detention they were all sent home except for Olivia and Dave who slid their way in to check on their 'buddy'.

As they opened the door they noticed someone siting on the wooden chair only the person looked nothing like Dave, he looked like Mike?....

"Wha...

"I can explain" he said silently, hoping they could hear him.

"Start talking man" Dave said ready to beat him.

"It's it's... the slime" he said stammering.

He looked at Olivia who seemed to be in a different dimension.

"What happened to the marks I gave you" Dave asked sounding more like a celebrity who just gave out his signature.

"It's...

"Wait, so you're telling me this slime is...

"Diasolic, it allows me to reflect on the people I have seen or heard of" he said quickly hoping she would help him escape.

"What colour is your slime?" Olivia asked.

"Blue" he said

"Blue, fascinating" Dave said as he slowly untied the ropes that was around his neck.

"Why did you do this? who made you do this?" Olivia asked looking at the slightly confused Mike.

"He made me do it" he said hinting that he was indeed forced.
