Many years ago,

Witches and vampires were never in good terms, they're always fighting over small things.
 They hate seeing each other and often destroy lives and properties.

 The vampires always win over the witches. they do think that the witches are evil and not worth living. their main goal is to eliminate the witches because witches doesn't want to cooperate with them. The witches protect the humans from the vampires.

 The witches hate violent and doesn't want to engage in any form. they want to live peacefully with the humans. the vampires were not pleased with it, they want the humans to be against the witches.
 The vampires were able to make the humans despise the witches. they made the humans believe that the witches are evil and can never be good.
 Both the witches and the vampires had to return to their main place, hiding from the humans.
 
 Some years passed by, they were able to acquire their own home (both witches and vampires). they managed to know have people temporary.
 The vampires were still not satisfied as long as the witches are still in existence.

 A young lady who was about to be sixteen years old was deeply in love with a vampire.

 They both had secret affairs and decided to run away without any trace to avoid war from both parties. Things didn't work out as planned, as a result of that the young lady lost her life two days before her sixteenth birthday. The parents of the young lady were heartbroken after receiving the most dreadful news, they carried out different investigations and finally the results was out.
 They hid their daughters body in a far away place near the human world. In that case when she wakes up she can feed on the humans in order to survive.
 They kept it as a secret and decided to take revenge on the vampires, there was a great war between the vampires and the witches on the day which was meant to be the girls sixteenth birthday.
 The parents were so sad that they decide to initiate black magic, The moon that witnessed the war between the two parties turned black and seldom appears due to the black magic that was initiated. 
 The black moon was meant to appear whenever anyone with vampires and witches blood turns sixteen and it is always violent because it kills that person immediately (both the family and the person who is turning sixteen). Alot of witches and vampires lost their family members, they kept on blaming each other for the loss, they have never known peace after that.

 After some years, a prophecy came to both the witches and vampires. "The only one that can restore peace to their land will have full light magic, pure vampire and witches blood and must be able to live after his/her sixteenth birthday" 
 They were very excited about the news, they started having affairs secretly (only witches/vampires that has pure heart can mate, others without pure heart die instantly while meeting). Almost all the teenagers died on their sixteenth birthday, this continued until they lost hope. 

 They still have grudge for each other and they try to destroy any teenager who seems to have vampires and witches blood.

Lucy has a pure witches blood where as Jude has a pure vampires blood.
 They met by luck and their relationship grew stronger than anything in the world. Jude seems to be more focused on work more than family but he loves and protects his family. He's afraid to loose his family, so he hid the Truth from his daughter and made her believe she's a normal person.

At Síxtééñ

 Danielle continued heading to my direction, I  froze, trying to get into her mind was abit difficult. She has a high spirit guiding her, she doesn't know who she is and what she's capable of doing.


  She walked pass me, heading towards the dining area, she grabbed a small white remote, then she pressed the power button. A huge television appeared through the walls and the doors locked instantly. 


    She turned on the television, picking up her phone. she sat down for some minutes, going through her phone. I was lost in thoughts before she appeared all of a sudden, standing right in front of me.


 "Mr. Jeff, The rooms security has been activated by me, and my dad won't be able to hear our conversations" She  sighed. "Who are you Jeff?"


"I'm jeffrey leon". I answered politely


"Who sent you? Who are you working for?".


" Why??, I know my dad alot and also some of his tricks. What does he want from me this time around" She said feeling abit down


  I was still thinking about what she said and why she thinks her dad can't hear our conversations, I suddenly laughed out loud..


         "Miss dani lane, do you really think your dad can't hear our conversations even when securities has been activated. I am Jeffrey Leon, the award winning student of oxofred high school, and oxofred college. I've participated in international competitions and have been victorious ever since I started schooling."


 Meanwhile, oxofred high school and college is the best school in Oxo city.


    "but.... how did you know that your father can possibly hear your conversation with anyone without his presence" I asked curiously, although I knew much about her dad.


"I don't know but I feel his presence whenever I'm having a serious conversation with anyone especially with mom. I know that my father loves his family but he's over protective which I dislike" She looked straight into my eyes and immediately averted gaze.


    "So.... you.. a... re the person I always cr..uuu..ssh on whenever I'm watching the international competition. Wow, mr. Leon! glad to be your student. if I may ask how old are you?" she asked.


I wanted to tell her that I'm 122yrs old but, some things are meant to be hidden..


"I'll be 16 in a week time" she blushed


   "I really want something special, something more valuable that money can't buy. I want to be free on My birthday" Dani sat down before realizing that she was sweating. 


" It's quite hot in here" She said as she turned the air conditioner on , slowly the heat started to fade away. five minutes later the room was as cool as an ice.


 "You want to be free??? how?" I asked turning to danielle's direction.


"I've never in my life stepped outside, I don't really know how the world is and things happening out there, if I have one wish to make on my 16th birthday, I would love to go out and have fun, feel the other side of the world"she paused staring at the television.


 'Should I tell her about my real self?, c'mon man Tell her the hidden, she'll love to know more about her real self' I thought to myself. 


"Danielle there's something I want to tell you" I glanced at her and she nodded.


 ""Okay, this is about your real self, the hidden" I paused.


"What about me?" she came closer amd asked.


"You are a witch, not just an ordinary witch but a good powerful witch" I looked straight in her eyes without blinking.
