Esme is the last of her race. she was sent across the universe to escape the fate that befell her planet before her but it seems fate has other plans. 18 years after being cast into space she finally nears her destination Earth but it seems that she have a tail throughout her journey through the universe and one of her enemies scouts have found her and sent her location back to it's home.now that its only a matter of time before this planet also face destruction she has to come together with the planets inhabitants to insure they all survive for Esme will learn why an entire race is after her and why is this planet core weakly calling out to me

The Last Mortal Earth Goddess

we arrive over a section of the ocean where the sea floor drops to a massive degree

I turn to cal and ask " from the scans earlier can you tell me what's down there"

cal for his part bowed while nodding his head " yes your highness, our scan pick up that at the bottom of what the people here call a trench are tunnels going down deeper and some had chambers within them"

" can the cradle fit down there? " I ask cal as I didn't really want to leave the ship

I didn't know what was down there and while I'm not afraid...

I still see the appeal of a big bright ship in the dark with weapons

versus a smaller more vulnerable one to the creatures down there

or goddess forbidding thinking she will go down by herself

" no your highness the ship will not fit.

the tunnels are too narrow has many odd twists and turns" cal tells me the thing I didn't want to hear

"then how can we safely get down there?" I ask cal

I don't see what as he is alway connected to the ship he did something in the background

I felt is though, some kind of engine starting up deep under me but I feet the verberations from here

I look curiously at cal waiting for him to tell ne what he did

" your highness I just started up the secondary exploratory vessel.

you can also rest assured that even though it's a noncombattal vessel. it have immense defensive capabilities and laser for excavation that can be utilized as a weapon as well" cal informs me

I nod and stand up following cal as I did so

it didn't take us long to reach a part of the ship I didn't really go to that often

" your highness, here is the hatch for the vessel.

i am connected to it and will pilot for you. you just need to tell me which way to go." cal say once we get to a door that opens to reveal a piloting chair

I step inside and sit down watching the door close as I did so

the noise grew stronger before a pronounced thud shock the pit for a sec

the control panel soon lit up and I as able to see around me the view of the ocean

before it plunged down and I can see different aquatic creatures

at first the view as fine, seeing all the different life here

pretty soon there was no light coming from above

I try to focus and feel were the voice felt closest while cal pilots further down

once we got a longer distance down I can say that it was pitch black down here

cal then turns on some lights as to navigate down here with a visual view and though he has the scans

and I guess for my benefit as well

we soon arrive in front of a hole within the blackness

"this is one of the entrances to the tunnel system your highness.

there is a chamber with different tunnels branching off from it further down. once when we get there you can point me in the right direction " cal says and immediately the surroundings get even darker despite the light from the ship

as we go down I can't help but wonder what is all the way down here that could have called yo me in space
