The mysterious symbols

As the group made their way back to their base, they were greeted as heroes. The people of the city thanked them for their bravery and for saving them from the monsters. But the group knew that their work was far from over. They had to find a way to stop the portals from opening and to prevent more monsters from coming through.

They gathered together to discuss their next move. They knew that they needed more information about the portals and the creatures. They decided to send out a team to investigate the portal they had just closed and to gather any information they could find.

The team set out, armed with weapons and their powers. They found the portal, and it was still active, but not opened. They noticed some strange symbols around the portal, they realized they had never seen them before. They took pictures and samples of the symbols and the surrounding area. They also discovered that the portal was powered by some kind of energy source. They took samples of that too.

When they returned to base, they shared their findings with the rest of the group. They all agreed that the symbols and the energy source were key to understanding the portals and how to stop them. They decided to send a team to investigate all the other portals that had been opened.
