"What do you mean by that, Mr. Kizaki?" Daiki asked. "We need you to prove that Narumi is innocent."

"Listen Daiki I can't take up this case anymore; drug trafficking is a serious crime in Japan." The man said it tiredly.

"So you won't even try?" Daiki challenged him angrily. "You have known Narumi since she was a small child, which means you should know that she has never used any drug before."

"I understand that you are pretty upset, but I can't take her case anymore," he insisted. "My reputation will be seriously affected."

"So my innocent sister should accept her ruined reputation because you are too scared of losing yours," Akiko interjected bitterly. Her face was pale as she watched the scene unfold in front of her.

"That's your excuse, isn't it?" She spat it out bitterly.

"I'm trying to save my job," he defended himself.

Akiko snorted and cut in, "You are a hypocrite, Mr. Kizaki. What kind of family lawyer just walks away from his client's case?"
