She looked like an angel. An actual one, maybe, with bright red lipstick and black eyeliner.</p>

<p>One by one, all the invited guests started pulling up in their limousines. It was a very big event. The dress theme of this year's gala was traditional Japanese attire, so everyone expected elegant kimonos, flowing hakama, pretty hair ornaments, sakura trees, and other lovely decorations.</p>
