Building Sphere Magic....

Building Sphere Magic

Rewards:>Blue Print Upgrade to Gold Grade

The last notification caught Wanjiru by surprise and the wide grin on his face couldn't escape the eyes of his to companions.

The porcelain skinned attendant thought that he might have cracked it after taking in the devastating condition in which the building was, while the elven attendant shivered as she remembered that vicious grin of his.

To her,she knew well that whenever that grin appeared,his Lordship had either hatched a devious scheme or had benefited alot.

She didn't know that her latter guess was the right one.

{Yes} {No}

He chose {Yes} and another round of notifications rang in his mind....

0%....23%....56%....79%....93%....100%

{Yes} {No}

He quickly chose {Yes} and more strings of notifications rang in his mind....

The three watched as the sphere levitated from his palm and directly positioned itself at the center of the plot of land.

"That's the building sphere.....!" the porcelain skinned attendant gasped as she recognized the sphere.

"Yes it is.....why do you sound surprised...?"

"Your Lordship....the building sphere is one of the rare and most expensive magical artifact..."

This time it was the Vicky, the elven attendant who responded as she could see that the lady beside her was so much captivated by the sphere to give a respond.

"How expensive...?" was the only question he could ask.

"The last time one appeared at Silver Lake City it was a Blue Grade one and was auctioned for four spirit stones..."

Wanjiru had no knowledge of the value of spirit stones in this world...he looked at Vicky for further explanation. She quickly caught up and was surprised by how a noble didn't know about spirit stones.

"Your Lordship,a single spirit stone is worth a five hundred thousand gold coins...."

A wince escaped Wanjiru as he did his math....

"Two million gold coins for a Blue Grade Building Sphere....how much would a Silver Grade one sold for leave alone the now upgraded Gold Grade Building Sphere....."

Another ring of notifications pulled him out of greedy thoughts....

{Yes} {No}

His devious grin was back as his gamble had paid off.

Resources:>Wood×800 Units

>Stone×1200 Units

>Bricks×437 Units

>Copper×231 Units

The amount of resources wasn't that bad....

A white light engulfed the plot of land as Wanjiru received another notification.....

He was about to curse when another notification rang out....

{Yes} {No}

He chose {Yes} as he felt a headache building up.

The devious grin plastered on his face earlier on disappeared as a frown took over. With thirteen thousand gold coins gone,he was only left with less than fifteen thousand gold coins,just enough capital for the restaurant, and the guild's registration fee.

Reward:>Status raised to Major Baron

The two ladies had been confused by the sudden change of his highness emotions,as the now deep frown turned into a grin but a lighter one compared to the earlier one.

Officially recognized in all territories.

Packs >Establish an personal army {limited to a thousand

Seeing this, Wanjiru checked his status panel for the new updates....

Wanjiru noted that his previous status as a Minor Baron now had just Baron on it and that he now needed five hundred thousand points to upgrade his status to Minor Viscount.

The notification ringing in his mind brought him back to reality.

The three watched as the white light engulfing the plot of land fade away revealing a magnificent four storey building before them....the ladies were mesmerized by the design as he had copied it from one of his history books pictures back at home.

The walls were covered by scarcely spread climber plants with blossoming flowers that added colour to the grey stones as the large wooden windows were painted light grey to complement the stones while the red brick tiled roof had clusters of tiny blossoming plants on it. The verandah on the first floor was the most captivating one with its little garden of roses and daisies.

The system wasn't done before Wanjiru submitted the name....

"Heavens Plaza...."

{Yes} {No}

He opted not to appoint Vicky, the elven attendant,as the building manager before going through the panel.

Wanjiru didn't have to think twice,he had earlier on decided on the store's and restaurant name....

"Heavens Store...."

"Heavens Restaurant...."

<>System Alert:You can't name the guild headquarters since you haven't established a guild...>
