The rejection

When it was 9 PM I went in Sam's room to sleep, I found him laying on the bed with his face up it looked like he didn't blink for quiet some time. I couldn't say a word to him because I knew he wouldn't respond so I just got some bedding and spread them down and slept. He then asked me if I had eaten, I told him I did then he got up and came where I was sleeping and told me

" I had a woman I wanted to marry but you came in the way and for that I will make sure you suffer till your last breath. That thing in your womb isn't mine so I dont know where you will take it."

I didn't respond to him instead I just turned and closed my eyes.

The following morning I got up before everyone and made breakfast then told the maid to tell everyone that she prepared the meal. Even lunch and supper I did the same thing this continued for five months.

One morning Sam found me eating then he got my plate and gave my food to the dogs he then ordered everyone not to show me respect and for the maid not to give me food. I couldn't believe that the man I once loved and gave almost everything was treating me like a fool.

I use to cry almost every night and prayed for this nightmare to end.
