Kamran got suspicious

In the previous chapter, we read that Kashif fell sick and had a very high fever. He was immediately rushed to the hospital and then his colleague bring him home. They let Kashif straight to Sana's house because they didn't l Kamran to get worried. They knocked on Sana's house. Sana opened the door and let them in. On the other hand, l am feeling well. Kamran: Rashid! I need to go now

Rashid: But why? I'll cut your wage today

Kamran: Ok! you may cut it but I have to go now! maybe I'll come in the night

Rashid: Ok! at least tell me what happened.

Kamran: My heart is sinking! I don't know something is not right! Bye

Sana: What did the doctor say?
