A big surprise

In the previous chapter, we read that Kamran was worried that how he would go to Rashid so when he confirmed that Sana and Kashif were falling asleep he tried to sneak out but someone saw Kamran and stopped him.

She stopped Kamran and said

Sana: Where are you going Kamran?

Kamran: I was just going out for some fresh air

Sana: Come quickly, Kashif's health is deteriorating!

Kamran and Sana rushed to Kashif's room but Kamran didn't know what surprise was awaiting him.

Kamran entered the room and said:

Kamran: Kashif! are you alright

Kashif: Surprise (splashing a party pooper on him)

Everyone: Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday dear Kamran! Happy birthday party to you! hoo! (yelled)

Kamran: Thank you! thank you all, but how you all got here?

Sana: What do you mean?

Kamran: I mean I was at the door, how did you all get here?

Kashif what were you doing at the door Kamran?
