In the previous chapter, we read that Kashif was disappointed because of Kamran's behavior he even had tears in his eyes when Sana walked in. Sana was consoling him when Kamran came out of the room and both of them stopped talking, seeing them he said: 


Kamran: Why did you people stop talking? Ohh I get it Kashif must be backbiting about me, right? 


Sana: It's not like that Kamran, you have misunderstood! 


Kamran: Yeah! Yeah I know now you will side with him 


Kashif had had enough he stood up and confronted him before Sana could say anything:
