How is that my fault?

In the previous chapter, we read that Rashid called Salman, On the other hand, Salman was sitting with Kamran consoling him, When he got the call from Rashid, he excused himself and took the call. Let's start the chapter with the conversation between Salman and Rashid, on the phone:
