Tense fills the air as The Guardian faces a group of representatives from The Stern. Four of them.
"Guardians..." one of them stands firm in front of them with a brown suitcase. His sharp black eyes piercing each and every sight from The Guardian.
They all stand up from the bench, shoulders spike up, indicates the tense the feel this morning. Cynus firmly holds his file, and stands up before the rest, as he is the representative for The Guardian.
"Lieutenant Asgard Damien," the man sticks out his hand for a handshake.
"Dr. Cygnus Lokeheart," Cygnus ignores the hand. Asgard smiles as he pulls back his hand.
Well, if you say so! He murmurs inside.
"Morning, everyone..." here comes Hianz, all dressed up for the hearing.
"Ah, you're breaking the ice, I see!" Hianz glares at both Asgard and Cygnus.
"Everyone, meet our representative; Lieutenant Asgard Damien. This is Agent Tia Gamora, his assistant. And, oh i think you know these two gentlemen; Agent Calder and Agent York..."
"Let's cut down into business..." Cygnus glares at Hianz. The man chuckles a bit.
"You seems unfriendly..." says Asgard.
"I'm picky. I dont pat the wrong dog for no reason," replies Cygnus.
The air feels even more tense. Both of the representatives start quite strong. Behind Cygnus small frame, hides a stern and strict man; a face that he never shows before. He is not someone that anyone wants to mess with if he's angry.
And today, it's that day.
"I'll ensure that by the end of today, my brother; Yoon wilk reunite with his wife," says Cygnus.
They got what they need to release Byul from the confinement. It's obviously illegal, unjust and unfair.
"We'll see," says Hianz, signalling the group to follow his way. Asgrad pursues the group, but later he retreats and turns around, facing Cygnus one more time.
"I hope it's a fair trial. I love your enthusiasm," says Asgard.
Cygnus stands there, unresponsive by those words. It's sounds like a praise or mock at the same time, so he choose to shut himself. Furthermore, they are at the court. Every statement, even if it's unofficial, will be taken as account.

Twix opens his eyes slowly, first time after being in a state of coma for quite some times. His eyes roaming around the room, looking for someone who he can reaches out.
"Wa...ter..." he slowly speaks up when he sees a nurse who is busy handling the cart. She quickly grabs the drinking feeder.
Twix grabs the cup and sucks the water slowly. He doesnt act hasty, as he knew he might end up vomit. This is not the first time he's in the hospital; according to his own record. But, this is the first time he took a deep blow and blacked out.
"Should I call someone?"
"Yes... My father... And Justin..."

"As stated in the previous document, the defendant had quite a good achievements; she's a member of the war veteran group called The Guardian and also one of the member of The Black Knight. She's harmless, although she's identified as half alien," says Cygnus.
"She never cause any scenes, except for one. And for that, she did receive her penalty; a month suspended and further psychology treatment, assigned by the Board," he further his argument while handling the case files to the board.
"She acted based on impulse; self defences. And, that incident was merely act on impulse. It was a purely accident! A mishap!" Cygnus points out some more arguments.
"We believe the action taken by The Stern is not more than just a smoke screen from the actual issue," the little man then hand out one more file to the court.
"Objection. It's not even in the list-"
"Seems like you missed the memo, Agent," Cygnus snarkily chuckles.
Hianz snaps. Asgard holds him on his chair subtly.
"Did you aware about this?!" Hianz hisses at his lawyer. The man nods.
"This morning. And the court granted the paper," says Asgard.
"You better have something under your sleeves!" Hianz viciously warns Asgard. The man just sits silently and watches Cygnus roaming around the court.
"There is no way we should dismiss the fact that the clinic has conduct some underground experiment. The evidence shows that the patient got severe bizzare effect after the last treatment he had with the clinic-"
"Objection. Irrelevant."a short reply from Asgard.
"Sustained. Dr. Lokeheart, we are here to discuss whether the people grant to revoke the confinement of the defendant. Stick with the fact-"
"Your Honor, it's important to know why she acted like that. What kind of condition she was during the course," says Cygnus.
"She was detained while she was unconscious. She was in a condition where she couldnt even upstand herself. Just because she had previous incident with The Black Knight, it doesnt mean that The Stern can held her captive just like that! That's a case of false imprisonment!"
There is a stern in Cygnus' words.
"Defendant, what do you think about this accusation?" asks the judge.
"It's true that The Stern detained Miss Byul while she's unconcious. But, the action was taken after some consideration by The Stern, who is appointed by The Black Knight themselves," explains Asgard. He stands up, holding a piece of paper and shows it to the court.
"This is the paperwork of Case 111; where it stated that Miss Byul had been conducting some severe mishap on a mission, resulting in the death of an agent of the Black Knight," Asgard hands out the document to the court officer.
"... quotes; if by means there is a repetition incident occurs by the agent, The Knight holds the power to detain the agent," Asgard quotes the line carefully, one by one. He seems to be a very cautious guy, has a good posture and serene almost all the time.
"The quote said The Knight, not The Stern, Your Honor," Cygnus quickly pin-points the fact.
"What do you mean, counselor?" asks Asgard.
"Detain by The Knight, means the power to detain beholds by The Knight, not The Stern..."
"So, you said The Stern is not a part of the team?" asks the judge.
"According to Section 6, The Act of the Military Body, The Stern is no longer under the jurisdiction of The Black Knight since the alien attack two years ago, due to flooding application of new recruitment," Cygnus upstands his argument.
"That means, the right to detain Agent Byul beholds by The Black Knight, not The Stern?" asks the judge.
"Yes," replies Cygnus, short and simple.
"But what if The Black Knight is the one who appointed The Stern?" asks Asgard.
"Do you have any appointment letter, or any legal documents that provide such information?" inquires Cygnus.
The Stern party shuts and silence. The judge shakes his head with unbelievable reaction.
"I conclude there is no such document regarding on the matter, counselor?"
Asgard shakes his head. It's a bitter fact that he needs to admit. To pretend such document exist, he has no audacity to do that.
"The court decided to grant the revocation of the confinement made by The Stern. We grant the visitation hours to Agent Yoon, under supervise by The Black Knight personnel. Court dismiss,"
There is some frustration coming from The Stern party when they see The Guardian celebrates their victory. Heinz leaves his seat in rage. Both of his assistants follow pursue. Asgrad slowly walks closer towards Cygnus.
"You came prepared. I was taken aback when you asked about the appointing document," says Asgard, wearing a smile on his face.
"This is a matter of life and death. You never know," says Cygnus. His sincerity visible through his eyes.
Asgard nods. He couldn't hide his amazement in Cygnus. He do admire this guy a bit with his spirit and stern personality.
"Here's my number. I hope we can share our thoughts in the future..."
"Thanks, but no thanks-"
"Lemme keep that for him, thank you..." Sun grabs the name card from Asgard. Cygnus glares at him.
"He's cute.."
"Shut up..."
