July's POV:
When my alarm rang the next day I turned it off with slightly more sluggish motions than usual. Laying back down I yawned. It was the first time lately I wasn't wide awake with my alarm. I was sweaty, and still a bit exhausted. My hair was a tousled mess and one of my arms was a bit stiff from the awkward position I shifted into during my slumber. Yet I could not stop smiling.
One look over to Tammy showed her also stirring to a groggy awakening. Last night felt both awkward and new. Exhausting and refreshing at the same amounts and yet so wonderfully blissful. To my surprise, I didn't even try to cover up when Tammy's eyes slowly drifted open. I saw them pinpointing mine and she started smiling.
"Good morning beautiful," she said slowly.
Her voice was so sexily sleep-drunken and raspy, but with a clear indication of her smile and happiness.
"Good morning," I replied and snuggled a bit closer with a gentle and careful kiss on her lips.
