Epquen Vs Xzson

"What is this commotion outside? Who dares to disrupt my peaceful sleep? They have summoned their own demise." Epquen was roused from his luxurious bed in frustration, making his way to the window to investigate. As he gazed outside, he was taken aback to witness his soldiers engaged in a bloodbath.

"Why are they turning against one another? Have they all lost their sanity? I must remind them of the terror of Suquen," Epquen seethed through clenched teeth, his fury evident.

He strode toward a metal wardrobe and threw open both doors in a single motion, revealing two gleaming daggers with sharp, white blades. The blades radiated brilliance as they captured the available light, and Epquen regarded them with reverence before kneeling as a sign of respect.

"My blades, it has been too long since we last danced together. I refrained for a reason, for there was no threat worthy of our union. But today, our soldiers seem to have forgotten the weight of our name. Lend me the power of the Ice Queen, so I may remind them and secure their obedience," Epquen murmured, his grip steady on the handles of the daggers.

"Knock-knock" A sudden knock echoed through the room.

"Who dares disturb me at this ungodly hour?" Epquen's voice carried a thunderous edge, yet no response came.

"Whoever has the audacity to knock but not answer will regret it dearly!" Epquen growled, murderous intent brewing in his eyes.

With swift determination, he advanced toward the door.

"Boom!"

Before Epquen could reach the door, an explosion rocked the room. He hastily stepped back, shielding his face from the debris and smoke.

"What was that explosion?" he muttered in confusion, his gaze fixed on the shattered door.

Emerging from the other side of the ruined entrance, two figures became visible. As Epquen recognized them, his eyes widened in surprise. It was his daughter-in-law and an inner soldier.

"Janifer, and you! What are you doing here? Did both of you cause this explosion?" he demanded, irritation evident on his face.

"Yes, I was the one who blew the door," I declared, using Janifer's authoritative voice, while Greeta remained quietly by my side.

"Haha! Daughter, it seems you've forgotten your manners. Have you misplaced your sense of respect when addressing your lord and father? If you apologize and beseech me, I might consider a lenient punishment for blowing up my door and for your insolent tone. After all, what father can bear to see his daughter in distress?" Epquen chortled and demanded that I beg for his mercy.

"I'm not here to beg. I've come to teach you proper respect, not only for your offspring but also for your divine spouse," I replied, lifting Greeta's sword.

"A divine spouse... here to teach me? What are you talking about?" Epquen's face twisted in bewilderment upon hearing my words.

"You haven't recognized me, have you? I am Sendra's husband!" I declared with a smile. Epquen's eyes widened in shock as he finally comprehended who stood before him.

"You're that human Ano brought, how did you escape from the confinement room and possess my daughter-in-law's body? Leave her now, you scoundrel!" Epquen yelled and brandished his gleaming dagger. His frustration was palpable as he glared at me.

"And what will you do if I refuse? I doubt you can harm your daughter-in-law," I taunted.

"You think you can intimidate me by using Janifer's body? Dream on. I am Epquen Suquen, and I'm not one to be threatened. I'll kill you now, even if you're inside her body!" Epquen declared, lunging towards me, aiming to stab me in the abdomen.

"Slash, slash!"

His daggers met my blade. He grinned, then disappeared from my sight, leaving behind a swirling mist of snow.

"Where did he go? 'Time freeze,'" I mumbled, surprised that he had vanished without a trace.

My surroundings seemed to slow down as I scanned for Epquen. "Huh? He's not here! How did I miss him with my time freeze?"

(Host, he's behind your clone!)

The system's response snapped my attention back to Greeta. I saw a swirl of white snow mist forming, and Epquen was poised to strike her from behind.

"You think I'll let you kill my clone? Not so fast. I haven't even had my fun with her."

"Slash, slash!"

I materialized in front of him in an instant, deflecting his attack with my sword before he could harm Greeta.

"What? How did you anticipate my move, you wretched human?" Epquen demanded, his frustration boiling over into fury.

"You lowly human, tell me now, you bastard," Epquen seethed.

I met his furious gaze and replied, "Because you're a fat, old, weak bastard."

Epquen's face flushed a deep crimson, and steam seemed to rise from his head. "I shall teach you how to speak, insolent human. You've crossed a line, and no one can save you from my wrath."

In a flash, he vanished again, leaving a trail of snow mist and his daggers.

"I have to figure out how he's doing this. Is it his magic or his weapons? Those small knives... I should avoid them at all costs," I thought as I continued to search for the old man.

Suddenly, the snow mist reappeared behind me.

"Slash! Huh... what?" I swung my sword at the mist, but it went right through without hitting anyone.

"You can't run away now you lowly human." Epquen instantly reappeared behind me and tried to stab his sword on my back. "Not So fast! 'flight'" I used my skill in flights and immediately blocked his attack but his other dagger was successfully able to give me a scratch on my bally.
