Frosty fairy Niya part 3

The little frost fairy forgot everything about the demon attack closed her eyes, and left herself clung to my body. I was about to wake her up but saw tears forming in her eyes, so I stopped. "She must be exhausted after escaping from that demon, she is tired and needs some... No, good rest."

Rose and Sophia looked at me, smiling at the fairy, they didn't like it, as Rose asked. "What is her purpose here, and why is she sticking close to you."

"She is behind this attack, she was being chased and called by those demons to attack my son, I will punish her for putting my son's life in danger." Sophia roared in fury, she brought her swords and pointed towards the little fairy in my arms.

She blamed everything on her for the demon attack in the castle.

"Wait, Mom, there must be a reason, she came all the around here to save her life."

"Save her life and put your life on the line? This little brat has brought the demon to the castle only to save her worthless. I'm gonna kill her now!" Sophia lost her cool and was about to jump and kill the little fairy.

The little fairy senses an unsettling feeling, she turns around and sees Sophia's killing aura. She startled in fear and spoke in Human language. "No... No, don't eat me, dragon. I'm not tasty, I'm here to find Kohinoor's ring holder, I can't die before I talk to him."

"What?"

The little fairy spoke in trembling, everything present there understood her language. Sophia halted as she looked at the fairy.

"Kohinoor ring? Are you referring to this ring?" I asked the little fairy as I showed her the ring on my fourth finger.

The fairy turned around and saw the ring in my hand. It suddenly started to glow in bright light once again, and her eyes filled with tears. "I-I finally found you!"

Little Frost fairy started to cry loudly and tightly cling to my body, everyone was shocked to see why she was sticking close to me. But they are even more curious as they hear what she has spoken.

"Stop crying and explain who you are and why the demon was after you?" I asked her in a soft voice, little Frost fairy stopped crying and looked at me with exhausted red eyes.

"My apologies, great hero," She spoke in a very formal yet exciting voice.

"The great Hero?"

"The great Hero?"

Rose and Sophia glance at each other in confusion when they hear the little fairy call them greater heroes.

"Huh? Great Hero, why she is calling me that?" I thought and wondered why she would refer to me as a hero.

[You have already become a Hero, how many times do I have to remind you?]

The little fairy apologetically glanced at me and spoke. "I'm Frost fairy Niya from fairyland is in North"

"Fairy land in the north? Do fairies can survive in such a cold harassing environment?"

"Yes, we are Frost fairy, we are evolved to live in the cold places. However, there is something important want to say." Niya spoke and looked at me with determined eyes.

"Is it related to my Kohinoor ring?" I witnessed that whenever she came near me, the ring on my finger that Rani gave me started to shine. The ring is definitely somehow related to the Frost Fairies.

She nodded her head. "Yes, I'm sent to find the Kohinoor ring holder, the hero to save our home from demon corruption. Please, hero, come with me to the fairyland. We need your help to save our people."

"Hold on a second you little one," Rose intervened as she looked at Niya with furries gaze. She startled at the rose ominous stare and stuck closer to my body.

"tell me about this Kohinoor ring, and don't think even about taking my husband away with you somewhere in a cold place. You have a short time."

Niya swallowed her saliva in fear as she explained. "Five hundred years ago, during the demon invasion, fairies immigrated to the north from the ice realm, but demon attacked our home and killed all the fairies; we were about to be wiped out, however, at that critical time. The hero from the other world saves us from the demon."

Niya took pauses and looked at my ring before she continued. "The fairy queen of that era and the people were very thankful for his help. The Queen pleased and created the Kohinoor from her forbidden magic, which granted luck and fortune to the person who possessed it. Not only that it can be worn only by a hero."

End note: I decided to have some rest, but now on words, I try to upload chapters regularly.
