Monsters or Kids?

In Ashell's domain, within Kin's soul, the child within Ashell watched as Hana hit Kin from the side. She knew Kin would be injured and was about to suggest to Ashell that she take over, but Ashell sensed her anxiety and spoke first."You should stay put, my lady. You are yet to recover from using your powers earlier. Coming out now won't do him any good, and don't forget your father's instructions."The child wanted to protest, but Ashell continued."He'll be fine. He's not going to die from an ordinary kick. He might be a fool, but he's not that weak. He'll win. Just see for yourself," Ashell said as they watched Kin stand up from the attack. Although he was hurt, he was still very much in the fight. The child smiled as she saw Kin and went back to relaxing within Ashell."Now, what do we do?" Ashell thought as Kin stared at Hana.Kin wiped the blood dripping from his head to his eyes. Hana's kick had caught him off guard, and he suffered greatly from it, but it wasn't enough to bring him down. He remembered the weakened ferocious beast he faced a few months ago. The beast had a mighty trunk that packed quite a punch. Compared to that, Hana's kick was nothing.Kin looked at Hana, who was surprised and at the same time excited that Kin had survived the attack and was still able to fight. It was obvious she wasn't satisfied. She needed more; her heart was beating faster, her senses sharper, her bloodlust stronger. They both stared at each other, and both could sense the other person's unwavering spirit. They knew instinctively that the fight wasn't over yet. Hana immediately got on all fours and in a flash, she disappeared from her spot. She arrived before Kin and hit the place his head once was with her punch. The wall cracked immediately before crumbling.Kin didn't let this stop him. He already knew Hana's form granted her unfathomable strength, so he wasn't a bit surprised the wall was crushed under her fist. It was time for him to counter, and he had just the thing for her. Kin threw himself out of harm's way and tried to get some distance away from his opponent. He summoned the angel's bow, and in one fluid movement, he unleashed an arrow at Hana. Hana dodged the arrow and closed the gap between herself and Kin.Kin immediately switched back to his battle axe, Kasir, and attacked. Since she was already close to Kin, Hana had no other choice but to block with her claws. Kin, with all his might, attacked with Kasir. The axe met Hana's claws, and a mighty clang resounded in the room. Hana's claws were strong, but against the mighty axe Kin wielded, their strength wasn't enough. Hana began to feel her claws give in under the pressure of the mighty axe. It was obvious the weapons Kin summoned were far from mundane weapons; they were extraordinarily powerful weapons, and she knew she had to be careful around them, especially his axe and bow. The axe because it was strong and hard to defend against, the bow because it didn't need mundane arrows. All one needed was to draw the bow, and an arrow would be summoned.Hana used her superior might to push Kin back. Her claws were getting numb from the clash, and she needed to prevent Kin from getting the upper hand. After getting away from Kin, she looked at her claws and then faced him, who had a smirk on his face.Hana gritted her teeth hatefully as she stared at Kin. She wanted to smash that smile off his face, but that axe was bad news. And she was sure she had not seen the full essence of its strength."But that doesn't matter, nothing else matters, only this feeling, this feeling, it's all that matters."Hana knew dragging the battle would be a waste of time, regretfully, so she decided to put her final strength into one attack. In that second, her aura spiked, surrounding her body with a dark bestial aura. Her power was surging within her, and her curse was screaming with joy.Meliesse, now awake and watching the battle, couldn't believe her eyes. She knew very well the attack Hana was about to use and was shocked. It wasn't a last-ditch attack or a final attack of any form. Werewolves had various attacks, and most of them were powerful depending on who was using it. But she had never thought Hana could use the predatory claws. Sure, she was a genius, but Meliesse knew it wasn't an easy task for a child to accomplishFirst, it was the genius Alissa and now, this one too?"Just what are you feeding your daughters, Dante?" Meliesse asked within her.Kin saw Hana preparing for one last attack and decided to play along, after all, he was getting sluggish."Ashell, we're going to end this with that," Kin said."Are you sure?" Ashell asked."Yes," Kin replied."I'm ready whenever you are ready," Ashell replied.Kin raised his axe above his head, his spirit started rampaging inside him, and Ashell resonated with his being. He could feel her flames moving from her domain and empowering his body. He directed all the power into Kasir, and the axe glowed in a deadly flash. Both of them moved in a flash, and when their attacks met, they both called out its name at the same time."Predatory claw!""Bone breaker!"A loud bang followed after their clash, and Meliesse could only watch in stunned silence. It wasn't the first time she had seen a powerful battle; in fact, she had both fought and witnessed much crazier battles than the one unfolding in front of her. But she had never seen two kids fight in such an intense manner before. Hana's predatory attacks and Kin's sly and resilient attacks were like opposites, but they both executed their attacks well, almost like veterans would. The fact that both were ten years old made Meliesse laugh as she stared at the aftermath of the battle."Those are not kids, those are monsters," Meliesse said, as she watched Kin's axe stop a few millimeters away from Hana's head."You're strong," Kin admitted, his voice barely a whisper."Not as strong as you," Hana replied, before closing her eyes...
